Quirk: Logia

Izuku's Quirk is Logia. It's a Transformation/Emmiter type that allows him to create, control and become Lightning. Any lightning under his influence turns green in color. He named it Logia because he read the pre-quirk manga One Piece, and it is basically the Goro Goro no mi.

Obviously, it's not a Devil Fruit, he can still swim after all [though it's not recommended, whenever water touches him Lightning begins to travel through it whether he wants it to or not].

The one true downside with this quirk is that unless he discharges 1.21 gigawatts at least once per day, the electricity will overwhelm his body and kill him. [1.21 gigawatts is the amount a Lightning strike emits, so it's not easy to do so quietly and nondestructiveley]

This quirk is so powerful it gained semi-sentience. It can sense whenever someone is trying to attack its weilder and will automatically turn his body into Lightning for Izuku. It can't speak or even understand human language, but it can complelty understand it's host's emotions and will respond to them. Thankfully, unless Izuku wants it to hurt, the worst it'll do is give them frizzy hair. It's very fond of him, and if it thinks he's sad, it will thrum comfortingly under his skin.

One For All's Stockpile originally stockpiled Bioelectricity. If given One For All, the Quirk's sentience will be amped to the point it can understand human speech, as well as 'see' the Vestiges. As a result Logia and Stockpile literally merge and become a single quirk, giving him the ability to stockpile electricity for big attacks, and even control Bioelectricity! Logia takes over One For All's sentience as well, that means the Logia can also turn on One For All if it feels it's host is in danger but nothing more. The Vestiges still have control over the Transfer and the six other quirks part, since it was originally thier quirks. Think of it all the quirks of One For All splitting their sentience.

Quirks that are non-conductive in nature can still hit him in his Lightning Form. In other words, Quirks like Hardening, Earth Flow, Pilabody and most of all Elasticity. If Gentle Criminal activated Elasticity on Izuku, then Logia is completly shut down! It turned his body into rubber, so his body can no longer hold a charge and therefore he cannot active his quirk.

Overuse cause twitchy limbs, as the remaining electricity activates the limb in question.
