Izuku's quirk is Hoopa. It's the first Mutation/Emitter/Transformation type that gives Izuku the abilites of Hoopa from Pokémon. His Mutations are the devil horns covering his ears and the gold rings around his horns and torso. And yes, theyre covering his ears. Because those horns BECOME his ears! When broken, they fall completly off, revealing his human ears before regrowing harder, sharper and sturdier overnight.
The Emitter aspect comes from his ability to summon strange creatures from his rings. [What people don't know is that Izuku can go to the Pokémon World if he wants to. Pokémon wasn't a thing in the MHA world, so they became an entire diffrent world. Izuku can also bring Pokemon to his world through the rings to help him fight. They will dissapear back to their world after 30 minutes in his world, or unless he herds them beck into a ring.]
By touching a replica [or real] Prison Bottle, he gains an Unbound Forme. This is the transformation aspect. He gains six floating and detached arms, a devil tail, his horns get longer and thinner and he gets a total of 17 rings around his body.
