Izuku's quirk is Game Pause. It's an Emitter that stops time in a unique way. When Izuku utters the phrase "Pause" in any way [Thought, Screaming, Whisper etc] time stops and three options appear in front of Izuku. Resume, Settings and Exit Game. Pressing or saying Resume re-starts time. Pressing or saying Settings brings up the Settings menu. I'll get there in a bit. Pressing or saying Exit Game knocks Izuku unconscious and resumes time.
Settings Menu
In the Settings menu we have a couple things.
A volume slider, default is in the middle. Sliding it down decreases what Izuku can hear, sliding it up fully gives Izuku hearing on par with Jirou's. [Without her jacks]
A background audio slider, default is in the middle. Sliding it down decreases the volume of things happening in the background like an audience, music or a commentator for instance. Sliding it up does the opposite.
Finally, there's a graphics slider. For Izuku, this effects what he notices about things. He can also see the slider on other people but not edit them. This slider is all about Analysis and Crytical Thinking. The higher the bar the more you notice and the more creative solutions you come up with. Izuku's was maxed out as a default. The only other thing to have a maxed bar was Nezu, though Momo was close. It's also the only bar he can't change.
Downsides
Wherever Izuku pauses, he will unpause. Izuku can effect the world while its paused in any way at all, like moving someone's arm to where they punch themself, or grabbing a candy bar from the store, whatever. However when he unpauses, he will always be brought back to the location where he paused time in the first place. [If he grabbed something and them unpaused, the thing he grabbed gets brought with him]
