Izuku's quirk is Thought Virus. It's a passive emitter type that sends a virus that infiltrates any mind that has even a passing thought about him. Izuku can then use that Virus to enter their mind and look at any and all information stored in it, and even take control for a short period of time. The bug is untraceable, virtually unremoveable and very, VERY subtle. So subtle that unless you were actively looking for it, you normally wouldn't even know it was there. The Virus will pass all "firewalls" like a hot knife through butter, so even the likes of All for One isn't safe from infiltration.
I say virtually unremoveable because there is very little that can remove it but there is ONE quirk Izuku knows that CAN remove it other than himself. Refresh, a Quirk that refreshes the body of its host and anyone in contact with them, returning them to their natural state.Its not a healing quirk, it simply refreshes you. It clears the bug from their system, and it's holder is his 30 year old Cousin.
