This is a story idea. Basically, Izuku finds out about OFA but isn't given it. So Izuku gets some of All Might's DNA and recreates the "Pass On" part. However, in order to do that he had to stick it into a fruit. Then he takes the DNA of sevral quirk users to make himself any of the One Piece Devil Fruits, and injects it into the fruit with "Pass On". They fuse and the fruit warps and changes into an actual Devil Fruit. The world finds out that Izuku literally made his own quirk and shit goes down and Izuku is hailed as a "Genius in Quirkology".
