Izuku's quirk is Pain Activation. It's an emitter type that allows Izuku remote access to any pain receptors in the bodies within radius. Including Izuku's own. [Basically pain telekenesis, that's what I'm going for]
Izuku can manipulate pain receptors. Either turning them off or on Izuku can do it. He can also specify the amount of pain someone is in. From a numbing sensation to blinding agony Izuku can make himself and others suffer. He can also completely shut off thier ability to feel pain, meaning that Izuku can make those feeling pain have respite.
By cranking up the pain to the max in someone's body, he can make them pass out from sheer pain. Or by blinding them to their pain he can make them ignorant of accumulative injuries in battle, then pull the rug out from under them by returning them to normal all at once.
A side effect of having this quirk is higher than normal pain tolerance, that builds up the more pain Izuku experiences.
