Izuku's quirk is Symbosis. It's a Mutation type that turns him into one of the extinct alien race of Klyntar. As a result of being a Quirk, not only does he copy the Quirks of his hosts after leaving them, but he also enhances the Quirk of his host while bonded. He can replicate lost organs if needed, but it takes a lot out of him to do so for an extended period of time. His color is a dark green.
After manifestation, when he turned four years old, he was kidnapped by The Doctor for experimentation. All For One wanted to create a weapon of mass destruction using Izuku as a base. Of course, Izuku wasn't interested in that. He wanted to be a Hero, after all. When All Might attacked, the resulting fight destroyed the container he was in, and after his idol was injured, he bonded with him in order to keep him alive. When Nighteye and the rest arrived and they tried to rip him off of All Might, he tore into them. He was the only thing keeping All Might alive, and if they removed him it would mean that the organs he was replicating would cease to exist and he would die via blood loss and organ failure. After the surgery, what would happen to him, though?
