Quirk: Enchanter

Izuku's quirk allows him to enchant any item with up to 3 of any abilities he can think of, however every enchanted item must come with a stipulation for everyone but himself. [Example: Izuku says while holding a katana "Enchant: Butter Blade, Electrify and Loyalty - Stipulation: Only the Quirkless can weild this blade without harm"] (Butter Blade was one of my ideas, its an enchantment meant for bladed weapons that allows them to cut through anything as if it were literally butter. Electrify is what it sounds like and Loyalty is straight from minecraft, you can summon the sword back to you like Thor does to Moljnier.)

Making a stipulation into a benefit for any one person is possible, but it uses up so little negative EP that another rule must be applied to stabilize the enchantment. [So making gauntlets for Small Might that emulates OFA power levels that only he can weild is possible]

Downsides:

Izuku cannot enchant a living thing. If it is dead he can, though reviving a person through enchantment is only temporary, as Life Energy eats away at EP because it's a foreign power. [Like a stick. If it's connected to a tree it has life energy, but once that tree dies it has no life energy. Meaning that there is nothing to interfere with Izuku's EP. Life Energy like how our immune system would deal with a virus.]

If Izuku tries to put 4 enchantments on an item then it will shatter like glass, no matter what the item is made of, the same thing will happen if he tries to enchant an item with multiple detriments.

The reason Izuku has to put a stipulation on his items is because 3 positive EP makes an item overflow in excess positive EP, the Stipulation is really just Izuku adding a negative EP to balance it out. [Imagine it like an eletrical wire. Each enchantment is the electricity, and the stipulation (as well as Izuku himself) is the rubber protecting you from the electric current. If you add another power source it causes an electrical overload and burns out the item it inhabits as a result.]

If Izuku enchants an item to be a detrement instead of helpful he can only enchant it once as it uses negative EP instead of positive, and items can't hold very much negative EP without exploding due to destabilization. [3 positive EP equalalizes itself out to one negative EP, however one negative EP equals out to 3 and a half positive EP. An item is stable when there is more negative EP than positive, as negative EP can coexist with Life Energy. However too much negative EP without its opposite causes an item to violently explode from the rampant energy.]

If someone other than Izuku touches an item that has no stipulation the body part that touches it will implode due to the extreme amount of positive EP eating out the Life Energy of the offending body part. (If Izuku is touching the item in question while someone else does they won't implode as Izuku conducts all EP energies. Also imagine the implosion of the body part as someone dying by getting Overhauled, only blood remains.)
