Izuku's quirk is Tramua. The more trauma he undergoes the more enhanced his body becomes as a result. He can also take tramua from others, but he bears their tramua as a result. He also has as almost sixth sense that tells him if someone around him has any harvestable tramua. Thankfully he can get his tramua sorted out without it affecting his enhancements. This means that therapy is an absolute must for Izuku.

[Tramua reacts to any and all tramua, physical tramua like scars and abuse, psychological tramua like insults and betrayal, hell even self-inflicted tramua like failing to face your fears. Basically anything that results from or becomes tramua. Taking tramua means copying thier tramua related memories and taking their fear or whatever makes the memory traumatizing to them for himself and bearing the psychological and physical burden. This means that any scars related to the tramua will be transferred to Izuku. Thankfully, any damage that would inhibit him is lost, only scarred skin is transferred.]

Enhancement is literal. Literally everything about his body gets enhanced. Regeneration Speed, IQ, Thinking Speed, Muscle Building, Eye Speed, Muscle Strength, General Speed, General Strength etc etc.

Downsides

He has to go through or take tramua to even get his quirk working.

He still has to get tramua sorted out, otherwise piling up unsolved tramua would eventually cause him to go insane.

Weilding the Tramua quirk comes with a heightened chance of being traumatized from an event. Thankfully, this equals out to making tramua much easier to over come as well. [Example being if Izuku encounters a big spider and has aracnaphobia, there's a heightened chance that it will tramuatize him]

In order for Izuku to take it, it has to be untreated tramua. This means that if a person went to a therapist and got it sorted out, he can't take it anymore.
