Basically Izuku gets a quirk he calls 4th Wall. He can see and hear past the 4th wall. He can even try and convince the Author to do something to or for him. Saying anything about his power other than "I can see and hear past the 4th Wall of our reality" or "My quirk is 4th Wall" sounds like a high pitched static to everyone else.
