Izuku's quirk is Toy Adaption. It's an Emitter type that lets Izuku use toys like the items they are based on. For instance, if Izuku were to swing a toy Master Sword, it would cut like it were a real sword, and if he were unhurt it would fire a beam when swung. Toy guns shoot actual bullets. Toy Shields act as if they were real. Hulk Hands give super strength. Moljnier gives Thor's powers. The only toy that does not work are action figures and dolls. The weight of the toy stays the same, but everything else is as if it were the real thing. When a toy leaves Izuku's hands it returns to being a normal toy.
Trying to make a toy specifically for Izuku will not work. The only toys that interface with his quirk are ones that were built by toy/costume companies, and Izuku cannot have seen the blueprints for them before picking it up. [Is blueprints the appropriate term?]
Halloween costumes work as well, however they must be based off of a fictional character. If, for instance, it's a costume based off of All Might, Izuku will not get All Might's powers by wearing it. But he will get Captian America's powers by wearing HIS costume. If the character is blatantly based off of a real life person it will also not work. [Like The Adventures Of Mighty Man or something]
