Izuku's quirk is Chimera. It's a Mutation/Transformation type that lets Izuku copy mutations, quirk related or not, and make them a permanent feature on himself.

Let's say he touches Kirishima. He'd be able to copy his sharp teeth, even if it's not caused by his Hardening and just a vestigal mutation. If he touched Tsuyu, he'd be able to copy any one thing about her quirk and add it to himself, but only one thing and nothing else. [I'd go for her tounge, and save the leg mutation for Mirkou. Yes he can stack mutations but he can only copy a single mutation from one preson. Its probably better to diversify]

If the ability is related to the Mutation, like Hawks' telekenetic feather control they get copied automatically. If he copied Tsuyu's tounge, he wouldn't get the camouflage ability though. This is because the camouflage ability isn't related to her tounge ability, it's related to frogs in general. This wouldn't work however if they are more Emitter than they are Mutation like Bakugo's Explosion or Ochako's Zero Gravity. [Basicly, Mutation based off of Emmiter = No Good, Emmiter based off of Mutation = Able to copy] [Explosion is the ability to fire off Explosions. Zero Gravity is the ability to negate gravity. Fierce Wings is the ability to telekenetically control a part of his mutation. See it now?]

He can copy Mutations that enable Emitter quirks like the Fire Resistance Endeavor would need to even use Hellflame. Or the shock absorbant factor Bakugo's hands would need to not freaking destroy themselves after firing off an explosion. [If a simple firecracker going off in someone's hand can cause it to be obliterated then imagine what would happen to Bakugo if he fired off an entire fricking explosion on them without some sort of resistance]

Finally, he can also copy lesser mutations like Super Regeneration, Shock Absorbtion or High Specs, quirks that ARE mutation type but don't visibly change the body.
