Izuku's quirk is Lovely Aura. Izuku constantly and passively emits an all-encompassing and invisible aura that makes things with even a slight amount of cognizance to want to either protect or at least not harm him. This means humans, animals and even sentient quirks.
It's effect on humans depend on the person in question. If they feel a certain way about him or are simply a protective/loving person it works fast and swimmingly well. If they are a hateful and/or indifferent person towards him, depending on how intense these feelings are it works in a range from slow to almost not working at all. Of course if they are Nomu they simply don't have the ability to diffrienciate in which case results in them not wanting to harm him. If told to kill him or harm him, they simply ignore the order. They cannot want to protect him unless the base person who was Nomufied already felt protective of him before the procedure and or spent an extremely extended amount of time in range of his aura after the process. [IE about a month within range]
His aura works by the other person's range of sight. If you can and have seen him you are in range, and it's already taking effect. Once out of range [IE you aren't looking at him or are within Izuku's sights] it stops spreading immidently, but it's current progress is forever left in your system.
Those who hate him can be turned by his quirk. If within range for an extended period. As time within range progresses they'll find that their anger or whatever they held towards them to slowly dissipate until the point they can't even remember why they felt that way towards them, and then completly forget they were ever against him in the slightest. Without constant reminders of why they were against him, they will slowly lose the drive to hate him, until eventually they find themselves not wanting to hurt him. Unfortunately that is where the progress stops unless they develop even a spark of protectiveness towards them.
