You were in the gym at early hours in the morning, training for your match later tonight. Aspen was with you trying to learn some fighting techniques for judo and wrestling , you had known judo for a while so you were training with her.

"Mum I can't!" My breathless daughter said stumbling back slightly. "Yes you can, come on watch yeah this okay. DEM! COME HERE LET ME DEMONSTRATE A MOVE ON YOU FOR ASPEN!" Was all I said before rhea came into the garage. Once I had explained the move (hurricanrana) and got the nod from rhea to begin the move before running toward her, springing myself around her. Once the move finished I turned to Aspen "You get that. You try to come straight down, you need to go around, okay" I said to her, helping rhea to her feet. She left the room and I waited for Aspen to get herself prepared. "Okay I think I'm ready." She said jumping from side to side. I nodded to her once I was ready and she ran towards me. It took a few tries but she eventually succeed the hurricanrana. We trained for a little while longer before getting in a shower. I just about finished getting dressed to open the front door after the bell rang. It was my new gear, and it was.... colourful, for once. Liv had matching gear in purple
