Request - Could you do a part 3 to "you aren't sick Mrs. Dutton" where she does into labor and maybe when they come home with the baby?

Author's Note - another long one...but I think a perfect ending to this surprise trilogy :)

You were walking out of a boutique with Beth when it happened. The two of you were chatting about something, you couldn't remember, when you felt a sharp jab in your side and then your legs just felt wet. You had stopped walking while Beth continued on to the car for a few feet before she realized you weren't with her.

"Beth," You looked down and saw your pants were soaked before looking up at her.

"Oh-okay," Beth walked back over to you and wrapped an arm around your back. "Let's get you into the car now."

"I'll get your seats messy," You said apologetically.

"Fuck the seats," Beth rolled her eyes, setting you down in her car.

She shut your door and ran around to the driver's side. You pulled out your phone and dialed Kayce's number. It rang twice before he picked it up.

"Hey baby," Kayce's voice was smooth as it came through your speaker.

"H-Hey..." Your voice was shaky. "Listen,"

"What's wrong?" Kayce asked, knowing immediately.

"I t-think my water just broke," You sniffed.

"Your water broke?" Kayce asked. "But...you're early?"

"Sometimes that happens," Yu let out a chuckle even though you were freaking out right now.

"Where are you?" Kayce asked you could hear him running.

"With Beth," You glanced at your sister-in-law. "We're headed to the hospital now...could you,"

"I'm on my way," Kayce breathed and you heard him open and shut his truck door. "I'll meet y'all there."

"We're only five minutes away," You looked at the hospital coming up. "We were in town."

"Okay," Kayce sighed. "Get inside and situated and I'll be there in twenty minutes."

"Kayce, it takes forty..." You rolled your eyes. "Please don't get in an accident."

"I won't," Kayce laughed. "I have my lights on is what I meant."

"Okay," You winced, a pain rolling through you.

Beth glanced over at you and reached to rub her hand along your stomach.

"Hurry, KAce," You breathed out through your nose like they had told you to.

"I will," Kayce said. "I love you."

"I love you too," You sighed.

Beth got you inside the hospital and in a few minutes you were back in a delivery room, with a gown on and an IV hooked up to your arm. You were only two weeks early, so there wasn't much fear about that, but they wanted to keep you hydrated.

Your contractions were coming now, the lower part of your back killing you as you rolled to the side to try and find some relief.

"You okay?" Beth asked from her chair.

"I will be," You closed your eyes for a second before opening them and looking at Beth.

A wave of emotions passed through you as you suddenly focused on Beth and what all this meant to her. Sure, she was getting a niece or nephew (it was a surprise to everyone), but you remembered a few months back when she had told you her story and how she would never have children of her own.
