Chapter 1
When describing her classmate's plans it was described more as if they were already doing it rather than they had enthusiastically planned to do it. Nothing really happened in the first chapter. It was a bit boring to read actually. I get that she's in this haze of study and soon she will be coming out of it but we need more action. Especially in the first chapter.

Chapter 2
This felt like more of a first chapter. There was a lot more happening and I think Charmey is a very strong character. There was some repetitiveness to this chapter. I would suggest to cut it back in length and just keep the story moving.

The scene where she meets the boy is very interesting. There was a lot of action, I wanted to know more about what was going on and I think it shows her character a lot. For me, the storyline started here.

Chapter 3
The slurred text didn't make sense when I read it. I actually thought it was typos. I would suggest reviewing the best practices for this. Chapter 3 ended on an amazing cliffhanger. The only problem with this is that it took way too long to get to the excitement.

Overall, I think this book has really good potential but it needs to be faster otherwise you're going to lose the reader's attention. There were really good moments throughout which I enjoyed, especially chapter three's ending. It wasn't expected and really got my attention but there was too much 'filler' in between with nothing really happening. Cutting it back and keeping to the action, I think this story can make some good improvements.
