[Hidden forest, year unknown]
The sky in pitch black only to have the stars and the moon as the only light source. A tall man appears in the forest looking around very cautiously. The light of the moon show the man more clearly, having horns coming from his head and his skin is scales and blue.
Man: Okay, I think the area is clear. Come on you two and be careful around traps.
Seconds later a woman and a girl follow the man. They're both also have horns coming from their head but only the woman have scales showing on her body.
Girl: Mommy, where we going?
Woman: Shhhhh, you have to be quiet sweetie.
Girl: Sorry.
Voices can be heard in the distance and it's closer to their location.
Man: We need to hurry.
Woman: They're not going to stop. They'll find us like they always have.
Man: .......
Woman: But they don't know about her.
Man: What? No, you're not saying.......
Woman: You're too hurt and outnumbered to fight them. They will catch up to us and end it.
Man: I see. So you want us to leave our child here and run off? That's nonsense!
Woman: We been running away for years and now they finally got us cornered.
Man: .....
Woman: I don't want this but I know we can assure our child safety if we do this. And if we're lucky they won't catch us and we can go back and......
Man: If we die?
Woman: ........
Girl: (Sad) What are you two thinking about?
Man: Is that something you want to risk?
Woman: ......Hey come here Aurora.
Aurora: Hm?
Woman: We are going to find you a nice spot to hide okay? It won't be long, only just a little bit.
Aurora: That means you're definitely coming back right?
Woman: I promise, I will return.
Man: ........ There's a cave up that hill. It's steep and going down in a slope. They're never find you in there dear.
Woman: That's perfect right? You're be fine. I promise.
Aurora: .......okay.
They all struggle going up the steep hill and into the cave. They both say their goodbyes and hug the girl. After that they left quickly and quietly without a sound. Now she's all alone at night only hearing the voices of bad people coming they're way. The voices never stop. It became aggressive and cheerful while also a storm coming towards her. It's pitch black and the rain started pouring down heavily. Thunder roar through the skies as small animals ran for cover. Hours passed and there's nothing but silent. She stayed for awhile but gotten hungry so she stuck her head out the cave and notice a horrible sight.
Aurora: ......(Shocked) No!
Aurora see her parents hang and half eaten. She ran towards them trying to set them free but right as she did that the mother snatched her arm and screamed loud scaring Aurora and when that happened she woke from her nightmare.
Aurora: *Woke up and gasp for air* That, that was a dream. It was only a dream. A dream from the past.
She stands looking around the cave then head out she walk out showing the beautiful forest. She went back in showing marks on the wall of the cave.
