WAKE UP CALL

Hanna's POV
-FAMILY OF CALEB RIVERS a tall Blonde woman says walking over to us.
-YE..YES THAT'S US I quip as everyone including myself jumps up.
-I'M DOCTOR KELSO the woman says. CALEB IS FINE HE DID WELL DURING SURGERY AND HE SHOULD BE OUT OF HERE IN TWO DAYS she smiles leading us to his room.
My stomach literally just dropped through my ass when I heard the good news.
-HEY HANNA Caleb says smiling at me.
-DON'T "HEY HANNA" ME I say smacking his stomach. YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUTTA ME.
-OUCHH Caleb cries out holding his stomach.
-OOO SORRY BABE I apologize.
Caleb chuckles and shakes his head.
-I'M JOKING HANNA he states. EVERYTHING IS FINE, THE BULLET IS OUT.
I roll my eyes at him and smack his arm since I don't wanna hit his stomach again.
-I HATE YOU I say scowling at him.
-YOU LOVE ME Caleb laughs bringing me in for a kiss.
I nod my head and kiss him back biting on his bottom lip.
We finally pull apart and I take out my phone to post a picture on Snapchat.
The girls and guys all enter the room handing Caleb all sorts of get well balloons.
-GUYS HE'S OKAY, DON'T KILL HIM WITH THE CHEESY BALLOONS I mutter laying down on the hospital bed next to Caleb.
Our group of friends share a laugh and we all sit around talking until visiting hours are over.
Everyone left and promised they'd be back tomorrow while I'm staying here.
Caleb wakes up from his nap and smiles at me.
-WHAT ARE YOU SMILING AT? I ask giggling.
He holds his hand out for me to take it and pats the bed for me to sit down.
I do just that.
-YOU KNOW ALL OF THIS HAS ME THINKING Caleb says.
-ABOUT WHAT? I ask laying my head on his chest.
Caleb stays quiet for a while before continuing.
-HANNA TONIGHT HAS MADE ME REALIZE HOW MUCH I REALLY LOVE YOU AND HOW I WANNA DIE WITH YOU, OLD IN OUR BED. I KNOW ITS A LITTLE EARLY SINCE WE JUST GOT BACK TOGETHER BUT HANNA WILL...
I cut him off by smashing my lips into his.
-YES, I'LL MARRY YOU I mumble against his lips now smiling.
Caleb then takes two rubber bands and hands one to me.
-THEY AREN'T RINGS BUT IT'LL DO FOR NOW he laughs.
He then places one on my finger and I do the same to him.
-I LOVE YOU CALEB TYLER RIVERS I whisper.
-AND I LOVE YOU HANNA OLIVIA MARIN Caleb says kissing me.
We share a bowl of his green jello before we both fall asleep.
Alison's POV
We got back from the hospital around 1am so it's safe to say that we're beat.
Emily and I put Courtney in bed and now we're just lying across our bed staring at the ceiling in silence.
I know she went through a lot tonight so I decide to ask her about it.
-EM, ARE YOU OKAY? I ask turning to face her.
-YEAH I'M FINE Emily quietly says still staring at the ceiling.
-I THOUGHT I LOST YOU TONIGHT I state causing Emily to look at me.
Emily quickly turns her body and pushes a strand of hair behind my ear.
-YOU WONT EVER LOSE ME Emily says inching closer to me. NOT TODAY. NOT TOMORROW. NOT EVER she says in between kisses.
The last kiss is a little longer than the first ones so we didn't even hear Courtney walk in the room.
-MAMA Courtney tiredly says tugging on the back of my shirt.
I turn my head to see Courtney standing with her bear and tired eyes.
-WHAT'S WRONG BABY? I ask turning around to face her.
-CAN ME SWEEP WIT YOU she mumbles rubbing her eyes.
I smile at her and nod my head.
-ALRIGHT COME ON CLIMB UP I say to her tapping the bed.
Courtney smiles and pulls on the covers to try and climb up.
She keeps sliding off so I lift her up sitting her in between Emily and I.
-HI MWOMMY she says laying down.
-OKAY BEDTIME BABY I say to Courtney.
Courtney looks up and frowns at me.
-ME NOT A BABY she corrects me.
Emily and I giggle at her sassiness.
I already know that she inherited my attitude.
-YEAH BUT YOU'RE STILL MY BABY I say to her tickling her side.
Courtney laughs and lays her head on her Mr. Pumblechook.
Courtney points to her lips and we already know what she wants.
I bend my head down to peck her lips and so does Emily.
After a couple of minutes Courtney is sound asleep.
Just as I begin to close me eyes Emily says something.
-ALI, I'VE BEEN THINKING Emily starts while looking down at Courtney sleeping.
-OH BOY THAT CAN'T BE GOOD I tease earning a look from Emily.
-SHUT UP Emily chuckles.
Emily gets quiet not finishing her statement.
-WHAT IS IT? I ask.
Emily looks at me before continuing.
-I'VE BEEN THINKING WHY WAIT UNTIL AFTER GRADUATION TO HAVE A BABY she says. I LOVE THE IDEA OF TWO MINI REPLICAS OF US RUNNING AROUND Emily adds.
I look into her big brown orbs and I can tell she's serious.
Funny because I was thinking the same thing.
-WE CAN DO IT WHENEVER I say. WE CAN START TRYING NOW I add grazing her face with my hand.
-WE CAN'T COURTNEY'S RIGHT HERE Emily jokes.
I drop my jaw and pretend to be shocked.
-PERV! THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT! I whisper.
Emily giggles and blushes turning her cheeks bright red.
-ARE YOU SERIOUS? she questions with a stern face.
I nod my head before kissing her again.
-WHY NOT? I ask.
We stop kissing and cuddle up to Courtney, falling asleep.
Aria's POV
-JASON I THINK WE SHOULD BREAK UP I quickly state.
Jason turns down the car radio before glancing at me a couple of times while watching the road.
-WHAT? Jason questions.
I suck in a sharp breath and continue.
-WHAT WE HAVE IS FUN AND ALL BUT IT'S JUST NOT WHAT I WANT I say. I CARE DEEPLY FOR YOU, DON'T GET ME WRONG BUT I THINK I LOVE SOMEONE ELSE I add.
Jason nods his head still watching where he's going.
-EZRA he quips.
Nope not Ezra. I think to myself.
-UH YEA..YEAH I stutter clearly lying. JASE I'M SORRY.
Jason layers his free hand over mine.
-IT'S FINE ARIA I GUESS YOU CAN SAY I ALWAYS KNEW Jason says. I JUST WANT THE BEST FOR YOU AND IF YOU THINK THAT'S EZRA GO BE WITH HIM. NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR LOVING SOMEONE  OR DOING WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU he adds.
We pull up to my parents house and I hug Jason tightly.
-THANK YOU I say.
-NO Jason says. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING BEING HONEST.
We hug once more before I exit the car and he pulls off.
When I walk onto my porch Mike and Mona are there playing tongue hockey.
Usually I would make a smart remark but they're in love.
I know how it feels to be in love.
I walk in the house and up to my old room.
I'm in love with Spencer Hastings! I think to myself.
I lie back on my bed and think about what could be after stripping down to  my underwear.
I have to tell her soon. I hope she feels the same way.
