Y/N's POV, June 12th 1996

Tommy and Pamela were now parents, their son, Brandon, was born a week ago on the 5th and yeah, congratulations to them. I still had my reservations about them having kids together still not convinced of their relationship but there wasn't a thing I could do, I had to be happy for them and I was, Tommy deserved to be a dad and I think he'd be a good one.

We hadn't met their son yet, they were understandably adjusting to life with a kid something me and the other guys can totally relate too as we all knew that struggle. Tommy has called the house yesterday though and invited us over today and because I answered the phone, I agreed without consulting Nikki which meant when I told Nikki we were going to Tommy's tomorrow he was a little displeased.

Why? Because Blaze was staying with Vince for a few days after begging me and Nikki to be allowed to go while Nico and Zeta are with my parents meaning we had no kids in the house which gave us peace and quiet something we rarely got nowadays.

We hadn't been doing much since yesterday when all the kids went off, you've imagine what Nikki wanted to do and yes, I let him make the most of the empty house and the chance of Blaze walking in on us but other than that we hadn't done much else and it was a nice change.

As we were heading to Tommy's place, we'd gotten up a couple of hours ago and were now almost ready to go but Nikki was bitching about having to leave the house like the hermit as he'd slowly been turning into one the last few years.

"Why'd Tommy have to call us over today? I said I wanted a few days where we didn't have to go anywhere or do anything." Nikki complained as I sprayed my hair with some hairspray.

"You didn't give Tommy that memo then, did you?"

"I should have... it's not often we don't have any kids around at all, I wanted to do nothing while I could do nothing. I miss back in the old days where doing nothing was actually something we could do almost all the time, I used to get bored but hell, if I knew how rare doing nothing would become I wouldn't have complained."

"If you wanted more free time then you might have wanted to think twice about having three kids."

"I'm not complaining about the kids-"

"No, then what are you doing?" I shot back, cutting him off with a raised eyebrow, sliding a jacket over my shoulders.

"I'm just reminding you how easy things used to be. Don't you do that? Think about how different everything is now from how it was when we first got together?"

"Not really... sometimes, if I look through old photos and things but I like how things worked out... because it might have taken a while but things ended up pretty perfect for us in the end."

"Yeah... yeah, they did." Nikki mutters comes up beside me and wrapped his arms around me from the side, leaning into my cheek for what I thought would be a kiss but instead Nikki stuck his tongue out and licked me.

Immediately I slapped him on the chest and jump away from him, laughing but also being disgusted at the same time "Ew, what the actual fuck?!" I exclaimed wiping my face with my sleeve removing the saliva from me.

"What? What did I do?" Nikki grinned, feigning innocence.

"You're a fucking weirdo, why the fuck did you lick me?"
