Y/N's POV, December 31st 2015
Tonight was the night, Mötley Crüe's final ever show was about to go down. The lead up to tonight had been surreal, totally and utterly surreal, the last few days hadn't felt like they actually happened and none of us were able to truly accept this was actually it now. The last ever performance they'd have together.
Today in general had been crazy, fans were tweeting us all like crazy and Nikki and I spent a while this morning responding to good luck tweets from the fans and all the guys made Instagram posts to celebrate the show happening now in about two hours.
Upon arriving in LA, we'd immediately met up with Blaze and his band as well as Alexander. Nico and Zeta couldn't make it tonight unfortunately, we'd FaceTime them later but they couldn't be here in person, both of them had work commitments, Zarina was currently filming for a little TV role she'd gotten at the start of the year and Nico was on a deadline for some of the graphic design work he had been commissioned for and couldn't waste the hours being here tonight.
The show was being recorded though and then released on DVD so they'd be able to see the full uncut show from tonight probably in the next few days way way before anyone else in the public got to see it, we'll make sure of it.
All five of us stuck together today like glue, enjoying this while we still could, and now all the guys were pretty much dressed and ready to go, Nikki, Tommy and Mick went off about five minutes ago to watch some of Avenged Souls set from the side of the stage and I went too, but quickly realized Vince hadn't followed us.
He'd still been at his vanity table when we'd left citing he'd be a few seconds then never appearing so I excused myself from Nikki quickly and went back to the dressing room to make sure everything was okay.
I get to the door to see it was cracked open as it had been left when we all made our way from the room, and I wasted no time and pushed it open more, stepping inside to see Vince stood up but checking his hair over in the mirror obviously having not seen me come in, so to get his attention I lean against the door frame and wolf whistle, loudly.
The singer looked startled and span around meeting my eyes immediately, when he saw it was me a smirk appeared on his lips "Shut up." he says as I push myself off the wall and head over to him.
"Make me, bitch." I shot back as I stood infront of the frontman, he snorts at my remark but doesn't say anything, I grinned and ran a hand slowly and softly through his hair. Vince raised an eyebrow as he saw me inspect his hairline "You need to re-do your roots, grandad, your greys are showing."
"If you're gonna make fun of me you can walk back the way you came." Vince said giving me a look.
"I'm not making fun of you, I'm just saying... you're still pretty."
Vin burst out laughing after that "Please, you can keep saying that but it's not fucking true, fucking look at me Y/N, out of the many words you can use to describe me, 'pretty' certainly isn't one of them anymore."
"You're way too hard on yourself, Vinnie." I comment as I straighten his jacket and pull out his gold necklace, the horse necklace I'd brought him all those years ago that he still treasures from under his shirt running it between my fingers softly.
