Y/N's POV, April 27th 2004

After a hard couple of weeks of organising and dealing with the release of the tickets for the tour and the press fall out from it, it was actually the day of the meeting. None of the guys or Allen had made any public announcement other than the concert tickets going out, we had to wait for today before saying who would be doing the tour.

I think no matter what this tour had to go ahead, whether or not one of Tommy or Mick did not agree or god forbid both of them. Money has already been spent and it was money which shouldn't just be thrown away, but the tour would only be a real success if all four guys could agree to this.

Mick wasn't joining us for this meeting, I had the job of relaying the information to him after the fact. He'd have come but he's had a few really bad days with his back and hips and I didn't want him to hurt himself by coming to this meeting so said he didn't have to come.

Seems as Mick only really talks to me nowadays, I was the only one who could communicate with him, I had got Les on the case of Mick's hip replacement and he could have that procedure done as early as three weeks if he agrees by the end of next week because I'd got in touch with his doctor and pulled some strings for him after pleading his case, the doctor knew who Mick was and knew who I was also which made the situation run more smoothly.

Nikki and I had been at the meeting point now for an hour, it was an office building where Allen based himself and there was a drawing room where the actual talking would be taking place, though Nik and I right now were sat in a room over from that drawing room as there were comfortable couches.

It was approaching the time that we'd arranged to meet and it was still only me and Nikki around, we weren't doing a whole lot right now just waiting. We hadn't said it but we were anxious about Tommy bailing but I hoped he'd stick to his word even if it was just out of his loyalty to our friendship.

We waited for as long as we had too until someone else arrived, and Allen then walked in the room after a further five or so minutes "Vince is here." I nodded and got up and Nik went to stand up too but Allen stopped him "Actually, Nik, I want a word, Y/N, go make sure Vince is welcomed by someone he knows."

I did as I was asked and went to greet Vince as Allen spoke to Nikki, I walked out the room to see Vince a little further down the corridor, looking a little uncomfortable, I made my way to him and he smiled as I approached him "Here comes trouble." He joked.

"Yes, yes, very funny. You can talk, if anyone's trouble it's you because which one of us has a criminal record and which of us doesn't, hmm?"

"Touché, Sixx."

"You asked for it." I shrugged "How was the traffic on the way here."

"Fine, better than I thought, got stuck a few miles away for about twenty minutes but it was clear for the rest of the way."

"Good, traffics the worst."

"Yeah, it sure is. Is Tommy here?" Vince wonders sounding a tad apprehensive.

"No, not yet. You're bang on time though."

"You've been early though I should have expected that, I mean, I knew you'd be here but just how long have you and Nikki been here?"
