Lacking a purpose
Dream long dead
In the past forgotten
Will quickly fading in and out

There's nothing I have drive for
Everything is dull
There's no purpose in me
Each night go to bed
Hoping I don't wake up

Video games provides an escape
From my self inflicted loneliness
The walls I've built always preventing
People from getting in
Craving friends to do normal stuff with
I'm lost in life
There's nothing normal about me
No matter how badly I wish
Everything I went through
The pain changed me
Took the fire from me like a match
That was dropped in water
Instead of the pit it was meant to light
I'm lost in life
The days they just bleed together
Never knowing what the day is
Is it Saturday or is it Monday
I couldn't tell you if a gun was to my head
The memories bleed together
Just like the days do but faster
The memories are lost and locked away
