My pity
Things that make me spiral
I get overwhelmed with the hate for myself
I get overwhelmed with the pity for myself
But either way it always ends badly for me

The hate I have for myself
It's for how idiotic I am in most situations
How much of a fuck up I truly am
How I don't deserve happiness
Things that make me spiral
The pity I have for myself
Am I just some ghost in everyone's life
Sure feels like I am
Would I be missed when I die
Things that make me spiral
Either way these things make
Me feel like ending it
But I can never bring myself to do it
I'm constantly spiraling
Things that make me spiral
The spiraling leads to madness
The madness leads to more spiraling
The cycle repeats day after day
Things that make me spiral
There's nothing to prevent the spiraling
No matter what I do it happens
Gotta ride the wave out hope the spiraling
Doesn't worsen but if it does c'est la vie
