I don't get giddy much
I suppose that's what happens
When you kill your emotions
But my friends they make me giddy
Hanging out hell just sharing my poems
It makes me giddy because I'm curious
Of what people think of my words
I don't get giddy much

The thought of sharing my poems is
Something I never thought of
But I welcome it nonetheless
Is a nice change of pace from
My lonely solitude from others
Plus some of you seem to like these words
I don't get giddy much

Which I never thought possible
These words are just me expressing things
But it's welcomed nonetheless
The thing is if you guys like them so much
Why is it that I get giddy just from
Being told about how the poem
Made you feel well also serving to
Be a dive into my thought process
I don't get giddy much

I'm always wondering how you'll react
To the newest one I've made
Yet I'm unsure what to do with them all
I want to publish all these words
But I fear the unknown
I always think it'll just be a failure
I don't get giddy much

Or that those who hurt me in my past
Will try to claim whatever I make
If I did publish them as a book
Or what happens if it becomes successfull
I'm not a social person I've never was
Always the outcast of the friend group
Who's interested in things that most people
Find weird but what's to be expected we're
Different people, different tastes, different mind
I don't get giddy much

I've always been one to numb myself
From the world around me it was either that
Or die so to speak become numb to
Hell and you can thrive in it
No you don't you survive it
Sucks to be numb but there are things
That breaks my cold dead facade
I don't get giddy much

But when I do I can't help but show it
I'm always smirking when I'm giddy
Or I have a extremely fast heart beat
But it feels nice to be giddy for a time
Before I revert back to numb
I don't get giddy much
