Lupe, Alvaro and Mia went back to the others. Juanma and Zoe were already waiting with Simon.
"All ok," said Alvaro, almost happily. "He survived the operation very well"
Zoe hugged Alvaro and Juanma and Simon briefly squeezed his hand.
"We're going camping on Thursday we have to plan" said Mia.
Zoe said "Yes and have you seen the mail yet?"
"What mail" asked Alvaro.
"We can choose the tents, but of course only boys together and girls together. But we have a task that we should do in teams of two, always a girl and a boy, and those are fixed." explained Simon.
"Show me," said Mia. "
That will only be determined when we are there to keep it exciting" laughed Juanma.
Alvaro took Mia's hand. "I would like to take you to the river." Mia smiled at him and nodded. They both got a jacket and met at Alvaro's car. It was a nice day, but a little windy. Alvaro and Mia sat down on "their" bench and Alvaro took Mia's hand.

"I'm so glad that Javier made it through the operation well," he said quietly. Mia squeezed his hand. She could imagine how he was doing.
She put her head on his shoulder and looked at the water. It was a relaxing moment after the excitement of the past few days. "What do you think of the fixed teams when we are camping?" Asked Mia.
"Well, it depends on how the teams are put together. I would say Simon and Lupe are lost in nature alone". Mia had to laugh. The idea of ​Lupe in heels, well-styled and Simon with a fear of insects or something. Mia lay down on the bench and put her head on Alvaro's lap. He ran his finger over the contours of her face. He really needed this rest with her right now.

He started to hum a song softly and Mia gradually joined in. Both had to laugh. "Let's go a little longer," he said to Mia. They walked hand in hand along the river. This time the weather stayed stable and they didn't have to run away from the rain.

When they got back to school, they went through the packing list for the weekend. Juanma and Alvaro wanted to buy some sweets They had already stated that Zoe and Mia and Alvaro and Juanma would each want to go into a tent. Mostly it should be two-person tents, the four hoped that there were only two of them in the tents.

Lupe and Alvaro visited Javier in the hospital the next day. He still looked very weak but had a smile on his face. "How are you Papa" asked Alvaro.
"As if someone had ripped my heart out," said Javier with a slight grin. "No, I'm fine." he said then.

He looked at Lupe and Alvaro, then said "Where's Mia?" Alvaro looked at Lupe and then said "Only two people are allowed at the moment. She will come with me the next time, but she send you best regards."

He nodded and smiled. "And we should also tell greetings from Mama, she has too many appointments today." said Lupe quickly.
"The doctor was content with me today," said Javier. He told the two of what he remembered from before the heartattac. Lupe and Alvaro talked about their upcoming camping trip. Then a nurse came in and said that Javier needed some rest and that they could come back tomorrow.

At school, Mia and Juanma had been called to see Ramiro.
Charlie Martin had called and sent a plan how he would make the two perform. They were supposed to have an evening in the disco where Gaspar had been for one evening a month. The disco owners had contacted him and praised the good interaction between Gaspar and the two and Charlie wanted to get to know Gaspar.
"But that doesn't mean for us now that we can only perform with him, right" asked Juanma.

"Okay, that's okay," said Mia.
"Great, then I'll send you the plan. Charlie wrote for the disco that you could design the program as you like. If he has other gigs, it'll go on as before."

Mia and Juanma nodded and said goodbye to Ramiro.
"One more thing," Ramiro called after them. "We should still talk about the holidays so that I can prepare for that" Mia beamed. "Sure dad, we'll do that after the camping with Alvaro and Zoe, okay?" Ramiro nodded. He hoped all four were there again.

When Juanma and Mia went back to the others, Juanma winced twice. "Are you in pain again?"
"Every now and then not bad." said Juanma. Mia wasn't convinced, but she said nothing.

The rest of the time until they started camping passed quickly. Marcello and Ramiro had already gone Thursday morning because they wanted to prepare the team task. Mercedes and Nico's mother had put together the teams and wrote them down. They camped on a hill. The place was big enough for the many tents and Ramiro had got a permit to camp. They could drive the car relatively close to unload the things, but they had to park the cars further down. They drove back and forth a few times in the morning to get all the things to the square. The students would later be distributed among the cars and Ramiro had rented a small bus for everyone who had no more space in the private cars.
