"There's something about Dani that fascinates you, right?" asked Juanma Alvaro as they went to the car.

"I can't explain it, he saved lives."

"Yes, but not without traces on his soul, Alvaro. Think of Mia's disappearance. Imagine you, as a rescue diver, find her, as your friend, too late." Alvaro nodded.

"I know what you mean, but think about all the good things you can do. And now with the diving school, that's just a really great thing."

"Alvaro, I hate to remind you that your father certainly doesn't see a diving school as your future," said Juanma, trying to imitate Javier's tone.

"But maybe saving lives."

Juanma looked at Alvaro. "You're not serious now, are you? I mean, I know that you have strong nerves when it comes down to it, but do you really want to fight for a life underwater?"

Alvaro shook the thought off for now.

While the boys were in town, Zoe and Mia had laid down on the beach. In the meantime they had called Simon, who was at home with his parents. Gaspar had reported to Mia and told her that he would take Lupe out to dinner on Sunday.

"Alvaro loves diving, doesn't he?" asked Zoe. "Yes, he enjoys it, he was already able to do it."

"I was always happy to be back up. It was nice to watch, but with solid ground under my feet, it's more comfortable."

Mia had to laugh. "The boys are having fun and that's the most important thing."

"Hey, shall we collect wood? We had planned a campfire." said Zoe.

"Ok" Mia agreed. They put on something and walked up from the beach a bit. There was a lot of wood there to use for a fire and they were gradually carrying something to the beach.

"Has Lupe or Mercedes contacted Alvaro?" Asked Zoe.

"I don't think, he didn't  say anything. But he always gets thoughtful when I bring up the subject."

Zoe nodded. "A lot is coming together at the moment. It's good that we're here."

As they got back to the beach, they saw the boys coming back. They came down to them and Zoe said "That was clear, you will come when we are done with the work"

Everyone laughed. "The real job is to pile the wood up so that it makes a fire," said Alvaro.

"You can do that now," Mia said and stuck out her tongue at the boys. "Come on Zoe, we'll take the air mattresses into the water."

Zoe and Mia ran into the water and floated on their mattresses. "That calls for revenge," said Juanma laughing to Alvaro.

They piled up the wood and placed large stones around it. The girls had taken hold of their hands so as not to drift apart and let the sun warm them.

Isabel had seen the campfire prepared, and when she drove with Raamiro to the grocery store, she fetched ingredients for stick bread dough and marshmallows.

When the boys finished with the campfire, they slowly swam towards the girls. At one point they dived under the mattresses and threw Zoe and Mia down. Neither of them had noticed the boys and they were both frightened. They splashed the boys wet and raved in the water.

They had dinner a little earlier and then went to the beach to make the fire.

Isabel and Ramiro joined in for a few minutes and then took a walk along the beach.

When the fire was really burning and everyone was seated, Zoe said: "Half the vacation is over" "Psssst don't say it so loudly" said Mia.

The boys had skewered marshmellows and were holding them in the fire.

Mia was in Alvaro's arms and Zoe had cuddled up to Juanma too.

"Who's in the mood for truth or dare?" Asked Zoe with shining eyes. Everyone nodded.

"Ok I'll start. Mia Truth or Dare"

"Truth" said Mia.

"Who was your first kiss with?" Mia looked at Alvaro and said, laughing, "Can I change it?"

"No once elected remains elected," said Juanma with a grin.

" ... Gaspar"

"What Gaspar? Correctly kissed?" said Zoe

"Well, just ... just kissed" said Mia.

"Ask me something", Juanma released her. "Ok Juanma Truth or Dare"

"Dare" said Juanma.

"Ok, take 4 marshmellows and put them together in your mouth" Juama took 4 of them and filled his mouth. Everyone laughed and Juanma had trouble swallowing the MArshmallows.

"Zoe Truth or Dare."

"Maybe with or from someone she knows, or something that you've experienced," added Juanma. Zoe thought, "Stays that between us?"
