Alvaro should report to the hospital reception. The lady there made a short phone call and a nurse came to take him to the emergency room. She showed him the staff lounge where a young doctor was sitting. "You are Alvaro?" she asked. At his nod she said "I'm Dr. Da Silva but you can call me Penny, that's the abbreviation of Penelope." She held out her hand to Alvaro. After the greeting she said: "I will look after you this week. That means, if you agree, I will assign you the same shifts as I have." Alvaro nodded. "Ok then I would say, have a quick drink and then I'll show you a few things here"

Penny showed him around and explained her work to him. They were paged in the middle and an ambulance was expected. "I'm going to the front of the driveway. Since I don't know exactly what to expect, you wait here and I'll get you to come later."

It was an accident victim with very serious injuries and Penny spared Alvaro the sight. "Go to Sina, that's the nurse with the braid, she shows the bandages and the other things." Alvaro nodded and looked for Sina.

At Mia and Roberto's they were expected in the breakfirst room in the morning. They were presented to all children again and Mia was assigned to a class with 7 to 8 year old children, where she was supposed to help the children solve the tasks. The house psychologist turned to Roberto and explained that they were about to speak to a group. In this group there should be two students where the orphanage suspected drug use. Roberto should tell about his experiences and his addiction, if he wanted to. Roberto nodded.

Zoe had fun with Serafina, they didn't have a job at the moment, so Serafina explained the different types of fabric to her and showed her different sewing techniques. Suddenly the boss of the theater arrived in a terribly bad mood and grumbled Serafina that she should sew glitter pearls on different clothes and that until evening. Serafina picked up the clothes immediately and said, "Sure thing will be done immidiatly". The boss took one more look at Zoe and then said, "I'll be back in an hour, then that's done." Serafina nodded.

When he was out of earshot, Zoe said, "Is it always like that?" "Most of the time" said Serafina and went to work. Zoe watched for a moment and then said "I'll help you, and if we thread the pearls we only need to sew them up and down, it's faster and less work." She showed Serafina what she meant and Serafina was thrilled. They managed to finish the clothes in a short time. The boss looked suspiciously at the work, but said nothing about it.

Juanma and Clara were taken with a group of girls who had experienced domestic violence at home. The teacher had explained to them that he wanted to try to get feelings out of the kids by dancing or painting. One of the girls hadn't said a word in months. He introduced them to the group and asked Clara to take a few simple steps, explaining that there are many ways to show and express feelings. He took a girl from the group and said "Caro, choose a song and make movements that correspond to your current emotions." Caro chose a very aggressive song to which she adapted her movements. When the teacher wanted to say something, she said "I don't want your stupid music, just leave me alone" she kicked a chair and left the room. Clara winced. "Wait a moment, please," said the pedagogue to Juanma and Clara and followed Caro.

Another girl approached the MP3 player and looked for a quiet song to which she moved slightly. A tear ran down her cheek. "What's your name" asked Clara. The girl just looked at her.  The Song was very calm and Clara adapted to the movements. Juanma was amazed at how quickly they moved in sync with each other and at the end the girl even smiled. At the end she said very quietly" Ari ". The teacher who was back now without Caro again only was ble to look. When he dismissed the group, he said to Juanma and Clara "that was the first word she had said since she was here"

Roberto and MIa met in Roberto's room at lunchtime. Roberto looked a bit tired and Mia asked "Are you okay?" He nodded. "Those are really difficult cases. It's hard to believe that I used to be that similar." Mia patted his shoulder. "You're not anymore," she said and smiled at him.

He had tried to reach Clara, but she hadn't answered the phone. His expression darkened again. "Hey, she can take the cell phone with her as little as we can at this school. Luis is far away from her. Why are you so worried?"

"I'm always afraid that because of my past she won't want to be with me anymore. Something like that was said today. We won't find anyone who can stand us anyway."

"So first of all you are not who you used to be. Clara knows what you went through before and what mistakes you made. And I wonder who says that. One of the students?" Roberto nodded. "But you can't take things like that seriously. You worked on you and Clara adores you. And the fact that she's not answering the phone now means that she has to do something.
