In the evening when the four met on Skype, Mia said "Roberto is with me, is that okay?" "Clara is here too," said Juanma and smiled into the camera.

Alvaro said that they had given birth in the emergency room and that he had been allowed to monitor the baby on the monitors.

Clara was completely overwhelmed by the silent girl who said her name.

They talked back and forth for quite a while until it got late. Mia was the first to say "Sorry guys, but I'm really tired." When she hung up and Roberto was in his room, her cell phone rang. The display said it was Alvaro. She answered and Alvaro said," Sorry it's me I've missed you"

"Nice that you call again, because I miss you too." They talked about their daily routine for a moment and then Alvaro said: "I enjoy working here."

"Maybe  health care professional is good for you," Mia said.

"Only if I work near you," he said with a laugh.

They said goodbye and Mia went to sleep.

Alvaro started early the next morning. He was in the emergency room on time and Penny greeted him warmly. They had to take care of the waiting area. The first patient was a distraught mother who was there with a toddler who had a fever and difficulty breathing. The mother kept interrupting Penny and Penny looked at Alvaro. Alvaro quietly accompanied the mother into the waiting room and said, "Let Dr. Da Silva do her job and I'll pick you up immediately if we know something." Then he went back to the treatment room.

They examined the girl, and Alvaro managed to keep her calm. After everything was cleared up, the little one was transferred to the ward and Penny said "Great, you were calm yourself, you did well."

Juanma and Clara had the same group as the day before. Ari had taken Clara by the hand and said "I want to dance with you again" The teacher nodded at Clara's questioning look and Clara went with Ari into a separate room. Juanma took over Caro, who had been reassigned to the group. He went into the aggressive dance style in a song. Then he said, "Now let's do it my way." He put in a Charlie Martin song and started. After a while Caro joined in and let the music guide her. "Why are you here" asked Juanma when they paused. "My father beat my mother several times. They broke up, but my mother is still not doing well."

Zoe had brought a few design ideas that had been floating around in her head to show Serafina. Serafina liked them and gave Zoe a few more tips. When the boss came back with an assignment, Zoe asked if he was satisfied with the costumes from the day before. He nodded and said, "You did a really great job, but it's important that you have the new clothes ready by tonight.

On his second day, Robero had to grapple with his past. The psychologist confronted him with a few questions. It was good for him to talk about it. Mia, on the other hand, was the children's favorite. An angel's patience and she could answer almost any question. When she looked back at the teachers' point, she saw Ramiro standing there. She smiled at him and after the lesson she walked up to him. "Dad, what are you doing here"

"We visit everyone in their internship, how are you, is everything ok?"

"Yes, it's great here, the kids are great, it's very much  fun"

"I'm happy to hear this, I'm going to visit Roberto now." He hugged her briefly and was gone again.

All in all, it was a successful day for everyone and when they spoke on Skype everyone was happy with how it went. Alvaro didn't have much time because he was out with Penny overnight. Roberto had withdrawn with Clara to talk a little alone. Zoe, Mia, and Juanma stayed online for a while exchanging experiences.

When Alavaro came on duty, Penny was already in an emergency room. He went in cautiously and looked at a lifeless person lying there. "Can you do the monitoring and tell me when the blood pressure drops," Penny said to Alvaro. Alvaro nodded and fixed his eyes on the security monitor.

Penny had a thoracotomy and was constantly calling out instructions to the nurses. The patient was stabilized and Penny said "OP 3 is reserved, she has to go up immediately. Alvaro, please come with me, I need the values."

They took the patient to an operating room, where it was removed from them. Alvaro said "When will they  let us know how it's gone?" "Usually we stabilize and they do the rest. If you ask, you can find out how the patient is, but normaly they won't tell us alone. We have to hurry, the waiting room is full."

It was a busy night, but Penny and the team managed not to lose a patient in the emergency room. At the end of the shift, Penny said, "Good job, Alvaro. Have you ever considered studying medicine." "I don't think my grades are good enough for that," Alvaro replied. "You still have a year," said Penny, laughing.
