The students continued to spend the day relaxing at the lake. Clara had managed to cross the lake with Roberto once and after a while to swim back again.

Towards the afternoon the sky darkened and Ramiro Marcello and Manu called the students together so that they could get to the camp before it rained. It started dripping when they got to the tents. Juanma, Alvaro and the girls went together into the girls' tent.

With the rain it also got significantly cooler. Everyone had hidden in their tents, Ramiro had called again beforehand that the students should not leave the campground and should stay in their tents until the weather got better. Juanma and Mia almost fell asleep while Alvaro was talking quietly to Zoe when suddenly there was screeching from outside.

Alvaro stuck his head out and saw that the tent of Clara and Sofie had warped in the wind and the fastening threatened to tear from the ground. Alvaro nudged Juanma and juanma jumped up, not without grimacing because it hurt again. They ran to the girls' tent and tried to ram the fasteners back into the ground. They got it to hold and Clara fell around Juanma's neck in thanks. "We couldn't have done it on our own" she said and Sofie laughed at them both.

Everyone was soaking wet. The boys withdrew in their tent to change and then went back over to the girls. The weather calmed down again and little by little the students dared to leave the tents. When the sun came again, the ground dried up relatively quickly. Luckily Ramiro and Marcello had covered wood with a tarpaulin at the beginning so that it was largely dry and they could light a fire.

Alvaro had a short opportunity to talk to Juanma alone and asked

"What about your pain, it seems to be getting worse."

"where exactly?" Juanma pointed to the lower right side of the abdomen.

"Let's hope it's not your apendix," said Alvaro.

"But doesn't it have to hurt all the time?"

"I think I should get someone to get some water," he said.
