They said goodbye to the DJ and the employee who had received them and then went to Toni and Dani. "Is there still something to eat here somewhere," Dani asked with a laugh.

"There are two restaurants next to our hotel, maybe they are still open" said Mia. Juanma had looked at his phone again, he shook his head at Mia's questioning look. "You were great," Tony was saying. "How many times have you done this?" Mia looked briefly at Juanma. "A few times I stopped counting." she said with a smile.

They had meanwhile arrived at the first restaurant. It was open and Dani said, "Come on, let's eat something here before everything is closed. We have to go back to Buenos Aires then." When they were seated at a table, Mia's cell phone beeped. She looked at the display and it was Ramiro who asked her to give her a quick call when they were through with their performance.

Mia said to the others that she just had to make a phone call and left the restaurant.

She called Ramiro back. "Hello my darling," he greeted her. " Are you ready?"

"Yes," Mia said, "we're going to have something to eat with Dani and Toni".

"Is Juanma with you."

"Yes, he's in the restaurant."

"Mia, his mother and Marcello had an accident on their way back from the party. Apparently they got into an illegal car race. Marcello called me, he's fine so far, he just has a concussion, but he doesn't know which hospital they send Florencia  because some were injured and everyone was divided up. He doesn't get any information and neither do I.! I don't know how ... "Mia sat down on a chair. Her hands started to shake.

"I'm talking to Juanma," she said softly. "Yes, but Mia, ..." but by then she had already hung up. She sat there for a moment and wrote to Alvaro. Alvaro answered immediately and called her back. He let Mia describe what she knew and when Mia asked: "How should I tell him that and, above all, what should I tell him."

Alvaro said: "I'm writing to Penny. Maybe she's on duty and can find out something. Some hospitals work together."

"Do that please," Mia said softly. She hung up. After a moment, she felt a hand on her shoulder. Juanma stood behind her and then sat down next to her. "What's up, you look like you've seen a ghost."

Mia quietly told what had happened. Dani put a hand on Juanma's shoulder. Meanwhile, Alvaro had found out from Penny which hospital Florencia was in. "Then we'll call them," said Dani and nudged Juanma carefully. Juanma looked at him. His hands were shaking and he said," I can't now ... "Dani had already googled the hospital's phone number." What's your last name again? "" Portolesi "said Juanma and Mia at the same time." Florencia Portolesi "added Mia.

Dani dialed the number. When someone answered, he said, "Hello, my name is Juanma Portolesi, my mother has been admitted to you." You could hear the lady on the other end say something and Dani said "Florencia Portolesi". Again something was said on the other end. "Then please put me through to the ward," said Dani. It took a moment and Dani repeated Juanma's name again. "But you can at least tell me how she is." He listened again. "I'm not in Buenos Aires, so at the moment I can only call". "That doesn't help me much now," he said next. "Good, then please give me the number of the chief physician". Mia couldn't listen anymore because Alvaro called back. "Penny found out through the hospital system that she was in the intensive care unit. She has a severe concussion and is therefore unconscious. They sedated her.
