Juanma, Mia, Alvaro and Zoe had chosen the cave. They were looking forward to it, very much and in a short conversation with Ramiro Alvaro had found out that maybe depending on the time they could still go to the lake.
Lupe and Agos wanted to go to the lake and since Clara was afraid to go into a cave, Roberto had also chosen the lake. Juanma and Alvaro were sitting in front of their tent with Mia and Zoe. Some of the others had already gone to sleep so they had to be quiet. Mia counted the stars; at least she tried. Alvaro tried quietly to explain the constellations to her. Juanma looked up, too and Zoe lay with her head on his lap. They could still hear faint whispers from the surrounding tents.

Ramiro was up and walking around the camp. When he came to the four, he asked if he could sit down with them. "I once asked your parents about the holidays. Zoe's parents and Juanma's mother have already agreed. I would have liked to talk to Javier about Alvaro, but that's not possible at the moment. I don't know what Mercedes thinks about it at the moment, that's why I haven't tried it, but I'll try it. But since I assume that, if you agree , you will all be there again, I would try to get the house from last time. " Juanma and Zoe had looked beaming at each other that the permit had already been given. Alvaro was a bit sad, but made up his mind to talk to his mother when it was nessecary. Mia was happy. When Ramiro was gone, she said to Alvaro that Javier could certainly give his consent in the near future and that Mercedes certainly doesn't want to argue with him at the moment

All four were tired. Zoe looked across the camp. It was quiet everywhere. "Shall we sleep with you again" she asked the boys very quietly. Juanma nodded immediately, Alvaro also looked across the camp. "But very quietly and you have to go back early tomorrow." The girls nodded. Mia crawled into her tent and quietly fetched the two sleeping bags.

The girls snuggled up with the boys. Everyone was pretty tired and looking forward to the next day.

Zoe and Juanma fell asleep quickly. Juanma slept a bit irregularly. Alvaro said to Mia "Did Juanma tell you he had a stomach ache"

"Yes, even before camping. He said he moved the wrong way in the competition."

"Ok, I told him to watch it because it can also come from the appendix"

Mia snuggled up to him and closed her eyes. She was tired. She concentrated on Alvaro's even breathing.

Alvaro lay awake for a while. He really hoped that his mother or Javier would give permission for the vacation.

The next morning Ramiro drummed up the participants in the cave tour. He checked briefly whether everyone had sturdy shoes and a jacket and then they started.

The way there led over beautiful viewpoints where they could look over Buenos Aires. Ramiro had explained some rules to the students and told them that they should definitely stay together in the cave and above all stay on the paths.

Since they had no helmets, they were only allowed to walk on the main path, which was secured and high enough that no one bumped their heads.

It was pleasantly cool in the cave. Ramiro had a couple of flashlights that he handed out.

It was a stalactite cave. On some of the walls there were little stories about what had been found there. There were also a couple of wall paintings that should be very old. When they were far inside the cave they came to a spacious place and Ramiro suggested that they take a break there. He had found out about the cave and told a little bit about the history of the cave. The students listened with interest.

Mia observed that Juanma kept pulling and stretching his right leg. When they went on she stayed next to him. "Are you in pain again," she said. "All of a sudden, when we were sitting there, now it's okay again."

She was left with nothing else than to say nothing at first. They saw some really great stalagmites and stalagmites.

Back they went a little differently and they really managed to look at the lake again on the way back.The others had a lot of fun in the water, which could be heard from afar. Alvaro, Mia, Zoe and Juanma changed their clothes and went into the water. They were so hot from running that the water seemed even colder than the day before. Juanma and Alvaro competed once through the pond while the girls joined Clara and Roberto. Clare said proudly that she had managed to swim the lake again. Roberto took her in his arms and said "My little mermaid" Everyone had to laugh.
Alvaro and Juanma came out of the water again. Alvaro saw Lupe sitting alone on a rock and walked over to her.
"hey why are you alone" he asked.
"Agostina and Sofie are in the water" she pointed to the two who had laid down on the fine gravel and let the water wash over them. "It was too cold for me now".
Alvaro nodded. "Is everything ok with you?" he asked Lupe.
" Why do you ask?" asked Lupe against it.
"Can't I ask my sister how she's doing," Alvaro said with a smile.
