In the go, the group rehearsed for the last time before the competition the next day. The event was outside of Buenos Aires, so not many students were able to cheer. Since Clara was to perform, Roberto had agreed to drive with his car  and take some of the students with him. Mia, Zoe, Juanma and Alvaro had said that because of Florencia they wanted to stay on site and stay with Ramiro. Mercedes hadn't mentioned the subject weekend again, which is why Alvaro stuck with his planning.

Luis and Clara rehearsed very intensively over the past two days. Alvaro noticed that Roberto withdrew more and more and was no longer the same during training, too. Even Jorge seemed to notice, because he took him out of training on Friday to talk to him.

After training, Alvaro went to him. "Hey everything ok? What's wrong with you?"

"I've decided not to go to the compitition on the weekend. I won't do that to myself."

Alvaro thought for a moment. He could understand Roberto, but also thought that it would be better for Clara if he would go with her.

Roberto had also disappeared before he could say anything.

When they were on their way to see Ramiro, Alvaro briefly talked to the others about it.

"Well, I wouldn't go either," said Juanma. "Maybe she notices it that way. She's been with him a lot the last few days and she always smiles at him and then somehow talks differently."

"And Roberto is really really nice to her. He doesn't deserve it," said Zoe.

"I think that's because she grew up in the orphanage. I think you become different from what we are. I don't know how to express that," Mia said.

Ramiro was happy when the four of them arrived and Isabel was already there. She listened to what had happened with dismay, even if of course she already knew most of it about Ramiro. Florencia had been picked up from the hospital by Marcello today and he had also planned to be with her for the weekend. The students had promised to help as soon as they would be needed and then to visit Florencia at home on Sunday.

When they were busy preparing food, Roberto called Juanma. "Do you have any plans tonight?" asked he. Juanma put the cell phone on loudspeaker and said "not really yet, what's up?"

"I fell out with Clara because she doesn't understand that I don't want to go with them tomorrow. She is angry and disappointed and I don't know what to do."

"Ok, we'll have something to eat and then we'll meet on Ice cream parlor? " said Juanma, looking at the others, who nodded. "Thank you" said Roberto and hung up.

"It's already a step forward that he turns to you and doesn't fall back into old patterns." Ramiro said and Isabel nodded.

Roberto was already there when the four of them arrived at the ice cream parlor. He had a cigarette on and Zoe looked at him disapprovingly. "Sorry, but I needed it now," he said, a little contrite.

They sat down next to him and Mia put her arm around his shoulder. "What was it exactly?" Roberto told them that Clara had asked who should drive with him the next day and he said that he would not go and why. Then she yelled at him and went to the go, crying.

"Now she's probably with Luis," said Roberto at the end.

"I can understand you, on the other hand, the thought that she is with him now is killing you. Mia and Zoe, I have an idea. One of you two calls Clara and we will lure her here. Perhaps they will both make it, to talk to each other away from school. " said Alvaro. Mia nodded and took her phone, then looked at Roberto and when he nodded in agreement. she dialed Clara's number. It took  a moment until she answered it.

She agreed to Mia's idea after some persuasion. The boys walked around town a bit with Roberto. Clara was there quickly. "Hey you're pale, are you excited about tomorrow?" asked Zoe. "Also, but I really had a fight with Roberto. Today of all days. He has problems with me dancing with Luis."

"Is that dancing the problem, or that you get along so very well with him too," Zoe asked directly, as always. "

"I believe everything. I was only recently new, I know how you feel and I was so happy that Alvaro was always there," she said and looked at Mia.

"Is there really nothing more than that he is  new?" Zoe asked and you could hear the doubt in her voice.

"I don't know, Roberto has changed so much. He's closed and always angry."

Mia and Zoe looked at each other. "Clara," said Mia, "have you ever thought that Roberto is afraid of losing you?" When Clara just looked at her, she continued, "I had that with Alvaro with you. I was afraid of losing him, so I almost made one mistake after the other by withdrawing and being insulted. I can very good put myself in his situation , especially since he has also experienced a lot. "
