When they got to the school, the four of them snuck into Mias and Zoe's room. Juanma lay down on Zoe's bed. He was in a little pain again, but didn't want to tell the others .

Everyone was happy to be able to sleep in the next day. Alvaro took Mia tightly in his arms. "You were great today, I'm so proud that you belong to me" Mia snuggled up against him. She was still a little exhilarated but also somewhat exhausted from the evening. And actually she was just happy to be with Alvaro now and to concentrate on his heartbeat. She stroked his stomach.
Mia woke up during the night because she heard someone walking across the room. When she opened her eyes, she saw that Juanma was standing at the window. She went to him quietly "Are you okay?" Juanma nodded. "A bit of a pain, but otherwise everything is ok." he said. Mia put her arm around him and gave him a quick squeeze. "I'm glad that everything is ok with both of you. Now we can concentrate on the last exams and then we'll have vacation." J
uanma smiled at her and nodded. "We should go back to sleep," he said softly. Mia nodded. Both quickly fell asleep again.

The next day, Zoe and Mia decided to prepare the next exams. Before the holidays, math and Spanish were still being written and they had two more exams. For the boys there was one more game on the program, which was scheduled for the coming weekend. Therefore, Juanma and Alvaro trained with Fede, Martin and Nico. During a break, Alvaro said: "I would like to discuss something with you before I discuss it with the team and Marcello. I would like to have Juanma captain at the game."

Juanma was completely surprised and looked at Alvaro.
The other three nodded immediately. "Sure he's representing you. Great idea"
"Thank you, captain" said Juanma and squeezed Alvaro's arm. "Ok" said Alvaro, then I talk to Marcello about it. "
When the two went looking for the girls, Juanma said to Alvaro: "Thank you for your trust".
"Don't worry, you've been captain before and I think we complement each other perfectly in the game." The girls sat on a bench in the yard with their school supplies and Alvaro looked over Mia's shoulder. "Oh, you have to learn something simple," he said with a grin and Mia tried to slap him with the book, laughing.

Juanma had taken Zoe's hand and pulled her away from the others a little. Mia knew he wanted to talk to Zoe again. Alvaro sat down next to Mia. "Juanma will play as captain on Saturday if Marcello agrees."
"I'm sure he'll be delighted," Mia said enthusiastically. "I just hope he doesn't get any pain, he had a stomach ache again that night."
Alvaro nodded. "If something happens now, please before the vacation, not on vacation", he said a little thoughtfully.
"We can all need your vacation" said Mia and took Alvaro in her arms. "I'll be happy to be lying on the beach with you and just doing nothing".

"Look forward to it, Juanma and I already have a few ideas," laughed Alvaro.
"That can be something funny," said Mia with a grin. "Ramiro is definitely looking forward to it. The house was so great."

Zoe and Juanma had gone for a walk. "Is everything okay again between us?" asked Juanma. Zoe looked at him and said, "From my side it always was. I didn't want to hurt you either, it was just a reaction with Gaspar. Maybe because I thought about how much it hurt you in the beginning, to see Mia and Alvaro together . "

Juanma nodded. "I'm just totally sensitive to Gaspar and Roberto too. Roberto has Clara now, that's better now. I'm just afraid of losing you, you understand. I couldn't do that at the moment."
"And yet you almost gave up on me." Zoe said and looked at him.
"Because the feeling that you don't really want to be with me was almost worse," said Juanma, a little sadly. Zoe nodded. "I know. I didn't mean it that way." She took him in her arms. Juanma swallowed lightly. When she broke away from him, he said, "I'll be the captain for the next game." He laughed at her.
"That's great," said Zoe happily. "It shows that he trusts you even in basketball." Both had to laugh.
"Have you learned spain and math yet?" Juanma rolled his eyes. "No, but math is not a problem and I should be able to manage Spanish too. We did a few analyzes in class."
Alvaro and Mia were still sitting on the bench. "Shall we go to Ramiro next weekend?" Mia asked. "Then we'll all have a bit of rest. I think Zoe and Juanma can use that too."
"It's a good idea, then we can plan our vacation a little and build up anticipation," said Alvaro with a smile. Juanma and Zoe came up to them again. "Who's in the mood for an ice cream in town?" asked Juanma. Everyone nodded. "Go ahead," said Alvaro, "I'll get the car key."
