Jennie POV "Can you stop looking at me like that?" I complained looking at my boyfriend through my vanity mirror as I fix my mascara.
"Looking like what?" He asked trying to be oblivious.
"Like as if I committed the biggest mistake on earth? Its just a project." I answered calmly.
"It's not just a "project"." He countered, he even used his fingers to quote / unquote the word project.
I heaved a sigh to calm my nerves.
"It is." I insisted. "Besides you're all aware how much I love challenges, right? I'm not the kind of person that will just allow this big opportunity to slip, specially if it's already on my grasp." I added.
"There are lots of opportunities out there Jen, you can accept the horror movie instead? Or that sitcom, heck there are even offers for action movies too. Why this?" He responded.
This is the moment, I realized that he's really serious about this topic so I put down my mascara and turned my chair to face him.
"I owe this to my fans, you know that." I answered in all seriousness.
He just scoffed.
"What? I really do. Every time they asked about this kind of project, like if ever someone will offer me a GL theme, I always answered them "why not, I think it's a good plot"." I further explained.
Kai just groaned.
"But your fans are all gays."
I just chuckled.
"What?" He already sounds annoyed.
"Nothing. It's accurate though." I answered smiling thinking about my fans, as I return to what I'm previously doing. "Besides, I think they're just gay for me, some of them are not gay, gay, you know." I added.
"How sure are you?" He challenged.
"Hmmm..." I pause, thinking how I'll further explain my point to him, cause I swear I'm about to loss my patience. He's more handful compare to my parents, I mean when I told my parents I'll accept this kind of project they been nothing but supportive, saying the usual things like for sure I'll nail this and give justice to the project.
"....well, cause I'm just like them? I mean, there are exemptions in everything, exemption to the norms and beliefs...like for example me, if you'll ask me if I'll be gay for this specific person, I might say hell yes, 100% I will be." I continued.
