Second Chance

Steve and Bucky look at each other then back to you. "You have to tell us what you're hiding first y/n. You know that. Just be honest." You knew he was right and you were ready to come clean. "Okay. I know. I-i'm so scared you'll look at me differently when I tell you."

Bucky's face softens and both him and Steve give you a sympathetic and warm look. "We won't. I promise you doll." Bucky says and grabs your hand squeezing it. Steve does the same with your other hand and you look down. Taking a minute to prepare yourself.

"I was engaged five years ago. Neither of us saw color. I always thought we would eventually see color because we seemed so perfect together but after a while he didn't think we would.One night we got into a fight and he was going to break off the engagement and I was upset."

You start to cry and Steve and Bucky squeeze your hand off comfort. "When I'm upset its hard for me to control my powers. I accidentally struck him in the heart. And he died." Bucky punks you into his arms and you cry into him.

"When you said you didn't want either of us getting hurt, you didn't mean our feeling, did you?" He asks and you pull away looking him and Steve and nod. "I meant both. I don't wanna hurt you." Steve hugs you next and after a minute pulls away.

"You won't. And you know how to control your powers better now. You've been training with Tony. Everything will be okay as long as you trust us." You nod and wipe your tears. "I do. I do trust you. Both of you." You place your hand on Steves cheek and give him a warm smile, repeating the same thing with Bucky.

Bucky leans down and whispers in your ear, "Do you wanna know who your soulmate is now?" You smile as Bucky comes back to face you. You look between the two of them. "It's both of you, isn't it?" You smile at the boys.

They both smile back and Steve nods. "It is." He says, beaming. "Is dating both of you still an option? Or did I ruin that?" You ask, biting your nip and looking at them nervously. "You could never ruin anything doll." Bucky whispers to you, sending chills down your spine.

You smile at them and shake your head. "I thought I could only have one soulmate. Nut since I met you, I felt it with both of you. I just didn't think it was possible."

"We know sweetheart. It's okay." You blush when he calls you sweetheart. "So...w-what now? You're like both my boyfriends? I've never done this before." Bucky comes closer and tucks a hair behind your ear. "Neither have we. But we're gonna make it work. We both want you doll."

"Do you want us too?" Steve asks. "Yes. I do." You say confidently. "Are you ready to date two super soldiers?" Bucky whispers in your ear, yet again, sending those same butterflies through your stomach and shivers down your spine. "Y-yes." You stutter.

"Good." He whispers as he pulls you closer and places a soft kiss on your lips. You kiss him back and make the moment last. When you pull away, Steve pulls you to him and smashes his lips against yours, consuming you.

When that kiss ends you look between them out of breath. "I was scared I was going to hurt you both...but you two will for sure be the death of me." Both of them chuckle and shake their heads. "Go get some sleep doll." Bucky kisses your cheek. "Goodnight y/n." Steve places his hands on your cheeks and brings your forehead to his lips placing a soft kiss.

The next morning everyone is in the kitchen for breakfast when Steve walks in. He walks behind you and wraps his arms around your waist, kissing your cheek. "Good morning y/n.: He whispers before heading to the coffee pot. "I see someone found her soulmate." Sam says.

Bucky walks in before you can say anything and heads towards you. He lifts your chin bringing your lips to meet him softly before pulling away and smiling at you. "Good morning doll." He to heads for the coffee pot. "Well, which one is it?" Clint asks as the two sip their coffee and you stand at the counter making pancakes.

"I told you guys it's both." Natasha says as she sits at the table looking at the two men who clearly couldn't see that the boys were clearly both your soulmates. Sam finally realizes and looks to you. "So, what's it like having two soulmates?" Sam asks you.

You look up from the pancakes, meeting both Steve and Bucky's eyes before looking back down at the spatula in you hand and smiling to yourself, whispering so barely anyone could hear you. "I got a second chance to fly." You whisper.

"I got a second chance to fall." Steve chimes in. Peter sits at the table eating his pancakes when he looks between the three of you and shakes his head. "That seems a little complicated to me." He says. Wanda looks at you and the boys and smiles. "I think it sounds romantic."

Bucky comes over to you and you look at him with bright eyes. "All I know is I get to be with her." He says looking to the group then back to you. "And she gets to be with your best friend." Sam tries to ruin the moment. Steve walks over to you and Bucky, them on either side of you.

He smiles as he looks to Bucky then you. "And she gets to be with mine." He smiles down at you when you meet his eyes. "You all disgust me, now go suit up." Tony says as he enters the kitchen, obviously he hear the whole conversation.

Sam ignores Tony. "Bucky does that mean you and Steve are gone kiss?" Bucky whips his head to him with daggers in his eyes. "That is not going to happen." You giggle and look up at Bucky. "I don't know, it could." He looks down at you in shock. "It won't." He's adamant.

"It might." Sam laughs, earning more glares from Bucky. "It probably will." Tony slams a book on a desk to get everyones attention. "I'm not gonna say it again. Suit up."
