Cake and Ice Cream

In the middle of the night, you wake up craving ice cream. "Bub." You whisper and shake Steve to wake him up. "Hmm?" He mumbles. Still half asleep.

"Buck, wake up." You whisper shout to Bucky and try to shake him awake. "Baby can we please go to bed?" Steve asks. "But I want ice cream."

"It's midnight. We can't get ice cream right now." Bucky says. "But I want ice cream." You pout. You look from Bucky to Steve and give him puppy dog eyes. "I'm not getting you ice cream." Steve says.

"But it's for the baby..."

Twenty minutes later you get to the ice cream store. You got your ice cream and some cake and start eating it. You smile and Steve and Bucky while you're eating.

Both of them look exhausted but you can't help but smile at them. "I hate you so much." Bucky laughs and takes your hand walking with you to the car.

You turn around and look at Steve. "Come on bub." You reach your hand out to him and he grabs it. Bucky laughs again and he can't help but smile at you. "Fuck-"

When you get in the car Steve drives and Bucky sits with you in the back seat. You lean up between the two front seats gesturing a full fork of cake to Steve.

"You want cake?" You ask him. "I want sleep." He laughs. You lean further up and kiss his cheek. "I think you want cake." You say. Both Bucky and Steve can't stop laughing. "Nooo!" They laugh.

"Bub can we listen to music?" You ask and sit back in your seat with your head on Bucky's shoulder. "Sweetheart I'm tired, I just wanna get home."

"But it'll keep you awake til we get home." He sighs and turns on the music. You're singing along to the radio and 'abcdefu' comes on.

"abcdef-you." You sing. "Hey! Language." Steve says. "But Bucky said fuck earlier and you didn't yell at him! That's no fair!"

Another part of the song comes on and you keep singing. "Fuck you." Steve pulls the car over, puts it in park and looks at you.

"What did I say? Watch your pretty little mouth." Steve warned. "It's just a song." you argue. "You better stop arguing doll, he's gonna bend you over his knee when we get home." Bucky warns.

"Nuh uh." You say. "I have a baby on board. You can't." You smirk at Steve. "I hate you so much." Steve laughs and looks away from you.

"If we keep telling her that, she's gonna think we really do hate her." Bucky laugh. "You know we love you doll. Very much. Now Steve, drive, it's 1:30am and I'm exhausted."

"I love you sweetheart. I just strongly dislike you when you wake me up in the middle of the night. Now let's go home." Steve says.

"I love my boys." You say as you lick your ice cream. "I want some of that cake you offered Steve but not me." Bucky says. "You want cake?"

"Hold up, couldn't you have just used your powers to make ice cream at home and not have woken us up!?"
