See For Yourself

You twist your face, confused. Your tears were now dry and your makeup was still perfect. You saw Peter smile and Tony and Wanda walked into the room.

Steve and Bucky were in their own dressing room about to walk to the alter. When they got word from Tony that you were ready. Wanda went over and picked baby Steve and Peter picked up baby Bucky.

"What is all this?" You ask when Tony walks over and puts his hands on your shoulders. "You know that mission we went on?" Tony asks. "Yea." You reply.

The mission they were gone for almost two months, nobody told you what it was about all you knew was they talked to you the whole time and nobody got hurt.

"It wasn't a real mission." Wanda says. "Then what was it?" You ask. They keep smiling and you look between the three of them confused.

If it wasn't a real mission, then what was it? Where were they for two months and why would they tell you that they were on a mission if they weren't?

"We wanted to find a way to undo one last thing that happened in result of thanos." Tony says. You start to go through everything in your mind. What hadn't been undone?

Your miscarriage happened during the blip but there was no way in the world to undo that, as much as you wanted to. It couldn't be undone.

So you thought about other things, while you continued to wait for someone to tell you what the hell was going on. "What Tony?" He said nothing, so you looked to Wanda then Peter.

"It wouldn't be a surprise if we told you." Peter says. "You have to see for yourself." Wanda says. Then the door started opening. And someone you never thought you would see again walked in.

And you were glad you weren't holding anything because you would have dropped it, and thank god it wasn't the twins because you may have dropped them too. But they were safely in Peter and Wanda's arms while you stood there.

You looked at the person standing in the doorway and tears sprung to your eyes once again. You felt them run down your cheeks. And the person standing there was smiling at you.

You thought it was a hallucination, you looked to Wanda to Peter and to Tony and then back to the door to make sure they were all seeing what you were seeing too. And they did. This was real.

Natasha was standing in the doorway, smiling at you, both of you had tears in your eyes. But she had a huge smile on her face. "Well don't you look beautiful in that dress." She says.
