"Fine. Since you won't leave, I will." You start to walk towards the door and both of them start to follow you. Trying to get you to stay.

"No sweetheart, that's not what I meant. Come on. Just stay with us. You can't be all by yourself. You're upset and we'll be safer if we're all together."

"You should have thought about that before you both decided we weren't leaving. Please don't follow me. Just stay here and leave me be."

They finally let you go and now you really aren't sure where to go. Tony doesn't have any more spare rooms, they're all being renovated.

You can't actually stay by yourself. Especially since you were expecting a visit from Loki. You knew better to think he was dead. The fact that he wanted to see you then supposedly died, it was too sus.

The events happened too close together to be a coincidence. Thor knew deep down Loki wasn't dead. He just wanted to deny it. He wanted to think there was still some hope for his brother.

You end up findintishing yourself in Natasha's room. And right away she knows something wrong because your eyes are red from crying. And when you walked in the door, she opened her arms for you. And you ran into them crying.

"Tell me what's going on y/n." She says as you sit on the end of her and Bruce's bed. Bruce must be with Tony in the lab or something because he wasn't in the room.

"You know what's going on with Loki right?" You asked her. "Yea I do. And I don't believe for a second that he's dead. And I know if he isn't and he comes here, you're his target."

"I know. And I wanted to go to the safe house you and I went to before. But the boys won't. But I don't want anything happening to them, or...me... because... I- it's complicated. But I want us all safe."

"O-okay. I get that. But they won't go because they want to stay out and help the team. Right?" You nod. "Yea. They don't get it. And Bucky called me selfish."

"What? Oh y/n I'm sure he didn't mean it. He knows you're not selfish. You wanted to do it to keep them safe. He loves you and he's probably just scared to death because we all know Loki is coming after you. He wants you safe like you want them safe."

"Then why won't they leave with me. Their choosing to fight a battle over me. Over us. I get it, if the circumstances were different I'd help to but I can't."

"Why? Why can't you help? If anything you're the only one that can help. You'd be the one who can talk him down. He wouldn't even listen to Thor last time."

"I just can't. I should just go by myself. I can't be here. I need to go." You go to get up and Nat grabs your arm and pulls you back down. "No, you stay until you tell me what's really going on."
