Tests

Later that week the team is all hanging out together watching a movie. You're sitting down and Steve is laying with his head in your lap, Bucky laying on top of him, his head on his chest.

"You two have gotten pretty comfortable havnt you?" Thor says when he looks over and sees them. "Yea. I guess so. It isn't just us though, y/n too."

"Ms. Y/l/n, Mr. stark has requested your presence in the lab." Jarvis says over the intercom. "I'll be back, get up." You say and push the boys off the couch as you stand up. "Bully." Bucky mumbles.

"Metal man." You retort. Both of you break into smiles as him and Steve get back into the couch, getting comfortable in each other's arms again.

"Hurry." Steve says giving you a sweet smile that makes your heart melt. He's mindlessly playing with Bucky's hair and it's adorable. They really have gotten so comfortable with each other.

When you walk into the lab Tony and Bruce are in there. "You summoned." You say as you entered the lab. Neither men look up from their work as they talk.

"Yea. We already did the physical test of your powers but can we take your blood, do a few tests, X-rays and stuff? It'll be quick, and hour tops."

"Yea. Okay." Bruce hands you a medical gown to put on. You go and change into it, having spandex and a sports bra underneath.

"We jsut want to see if your genetic markers changed. What they look like. If you plan on having kids we need to see if the kid could have these powers. It'll effect a pregnancy."

"Kids? Isn't that a little..." You cut yourself off. You've been with the boys over a year now. And you had thought about it. You wanted it. And you knew they did.

With the whole Joker situation you had been preoccupied and the idea of kids had been put on the back burner. You hadn't thought of it.

"It's just a precaution." Bruce assures. But you didn't care now, now you actually wanted to know. Because the super soldier serum was in the boys dna now, so it'd be passed to your future children.

If you had ice powers in your DNA still and it wasn't just something given to you, your future kids could also have that. So they'd be super soldiers with ice powers.

The test went by quickly. You were zoned out most of the time. Your mind filled with images of babies, clothes, nurseries, first steps, first words...

You saw the image of the boys splayed onto a tiny little canvas. A baby boy that got his mischievous smirk from Bucky and his dirty blonde locks from Steve. He had emerald green eyes, like you.

He was perfect. And now you couldn't stop thinking about this dream baby of yours. And then it dawned on you. If you had a baby with the boys, only one of them could actually be the biological father...

"So we went over the scans. You're in perfect health, as to be expected. Your powers, they are in fact in your DNA. Which means if you do have a child, they will most likely inherit your powers."

"And whoever the father will be, Bucky or Steve, they'll have super soldier powers as well. But we'll discuss this further when that time comes or if you want to know just so you're aware."

"No. Thanks. The boys and I will come back another time to talk to you about it. Uhm I'm gonna go. Thanks. I'll see you both later..."
