Soulmates

Wait

You stand there in shock for a moment. Silent. Going over every conversation you had with Loki since meeting him. It was impossible.

You were stuck. Until Banner pulls you out of your trance. "Y/n." He shakes your shoulder softly. "No. You're lying. There's no way." You say, forgetting Loki can't hear you.

That's when FRIDAY transfers you to the ships sound system so you're basically on speaker. So Loki can hear you. You repeat yourself. "No. You're lying. There's no way." You repeat. More stern this time.

"She's our Soulmate Loki. Not yours." Bucky says going towards him self and Steve. "She's mine too." Loki counters. "No she's not. She has two, Bucky and I. She can't be yours." You could see Steve was not fed up. Which was hard to do.

"You didn't think she could have two either. Why can't she have three?" You quickly jump to answer. "I didn't see color with you. Only Steve and Bucky." Which was true. Which meant he couldn't be your soulmate. Right?

Steve could tell you were questioning yourself and tried to comfort you, despite being in different planets right now. "It's okay y/n. We know he's lying." Steve's attempt to comfort you helped a little.

"Let's just get him onto Sakaar." Even Thor was fed up but you still demanded to know for sure. "I would know if he was my soulmate. He's not."

Loki responds with a sly smirk on his face. "Y/n you didn't know they were both you soulmate before they told you." Clearly he meant to insult you and your boyfriends. He meant to sucker punch you all in the gut. His intention-to cause conflict. And it worked.

Bucky, out of nowhere, punches Loki in the face with his metal arm. Sending the God stumbling to the floor. He looks up at the soldier whose shoulders are angrily rising and falling as he breaths rapidly.

Loki looks up at him and rubs his jaw, forming an 'O' with his mouth before standing up. His scepter appears out of nowhere and he goes to strike Bucky with it when Steve jumps in the way shield in hand.

The blast bounces back on Loki, laughing him to be on the ground, once again. But not for Long. The fight had moves to outside of the jet, everyone surrounded as Steve and Loki went at it.

"She's mine Captain." Loki says as they back out of the doors of the jet. They stand surrounded by the team. Steve doesn't back down. He walks towards Loki confidently.

"Not a chance Loki. We all know you're lying and just want to stay on earth to cause Mischief. And i'm not going to let that happen." Despite their moving outside the jet, you could still see and hear everything.

FRIDAY had transferred you again. Tony was now in suit and FRIDAY had made it so you could see what he could through the eyes of his iron suit.

"You think you're so smart Captain...I'll show you smart." Loki says as he walks closer to Steve. Neither men backing out. "We've been here before Loki. Don't test me. You know you'll lose."

"We'll see about that Captain." Loki smiles before trying to strike Steve, as Steve blocks it with his shield. He moves closer and hits Loki with his shield. Loki barely flinches.

They go back and forth for a few moments before Loki knocks Steve on the ground. Theres nothing you can do from so far away. You feel helpless. Banner keeps his hand on your shoulder, trying to comfort you in his own way.

Steve gets up and throws his shield at Loki. It hits him and he moves in fighting with his hands as he's lost his shield. It had fallen to the ground, too far away for him to grab as him and Loki went at it with their fists. Loki with his scepter as well.

Loki knocked Steve to the ground once again. Sending him rolling and Loki approached him as he laid on the ground. Nobody did anything. For god knows what reason, they just stood there and watched as the two fought. "What the hell are you doing? HELP HIM!" You yelled.

Everyone could hear you. Bucky moves in and attacks Loki before he has the chance to reach Steve again. But Loki knocks Bucky down. Moving to his other target once again.

He puts his scepter to Steves head as if to hold him down on the ground. Steve looks up at him, unfazed. Loki looks down at him. "Kneel Captain." Steve grans the scepter with his hand and shoves it away.

He roundhouse kicks Loki in the face and mid kick he says, "Not today." You couldn't help but chuckle as he did that. Loki was now on the ground. The team surround him and Tony points his hand at him, suit ready to fire. "Stand down Loki."

Loki's scepter and armor disappear into thin air as he hold his hands up in surrender. You suddenly remember what got you all in this position. You needed answers. "Wait."
