Soulmates

Two Boys

You Steve and Bucky decided that you would wait until the next day to have everyone visit and see the baby. You were exhausted from the labor and you all just wanted to spend time with each other and the babies alone without the chaos.

You loved the team but things got crazy when everyone got together and you just had twins so it had already been an eventful day without adding the entire team including Sam and Tony who were definitely the more outgoing and chaotic  of the group.

It was too much after having the babies. You all fell asleep after you put the babies to sleep. Steve and Bucky weren't too happy they couldn't both sleep on the hospital bed with you.

The babies slept in the little "cribs" they have for newborns at the hospital. Steve slept with you for the first half of the night until the twins woke up and you fed them and Steve and Bucky put them both back to sleep. Then Bucky switched places with Steve and he slept with you on the bed.

You weren't used to sleeping with just one of them and it wasn't a feeling you would want to ever get used to. They weren't happy about it either. And they couldn't sleep with each other which made it even worse on them. But after tomorrow evening you'd all be discharged and could go home.

You called the team when you woke up the next day and had them all come to the hospital to meet the twins. You didn't say it was two boys yet though and you didn't say their names. That was the surprise they would get when they all got to the hospital.

"Where are my grandchildren?" Tony asks as he enters the room. "Shh. They're sleeping. I tried to wait to put them down until you all left but their daddies spoil them to death already and won't stop holding them." You tease.

"Oh they're adorable! What are their names!?" Wanda asks. Both babies had hats on and you couldn't really tell that they were both boys so you still had a surprise. "Can I hold one?" Peter asks.

"Yea, sit in the chair, Steve let him hold the baby, Wanda you can hold the other baby. I know you're dying too." You say. Peter sits down and Steve hands him the baby. Wanda does the same as Bucky hands her the other baby.

"Oh, this must be the boy." Wanda says. "They're both beautiful y/n." Clint says. "Thank you, I made them myself." You tease and smile. "Actually Steve and I helped." Bucky chimes in. "So what are the names?" Bruce asks.

"Well...the baby boy Wanda is holding is Steven Grant Rogers-Barnes." You start. She takes off his hat revealing his brown hair and runs her fingers through it. "Oh it's so tiny." Thor says.

"And the one Peter is holding, is James Buchanan Rogers-Barnes." You say. Everyone looks at you in confusion and Peter takes off baby James's hat revealing his blonde hair. "Wait? Two boys?" Tony asks.
