You wake up the next morning with the boys still holding you close. Both of them already awake, just staring at you. Watching you. Waiting to see how you are when you wake up.
You rolled over in your sleep so you were now facing Steve. He kisses your forehead before pressing his forehead to yours. "H-hi." You whisper.
"Hi baby." He chuckles. "Are you feeling better this morning doll?" Bucky asks, pressing a kiss into your hair. "I guess so." You mumble.
"What do you wanna do?" Steve whispers, snuggling his head into your shoulder. "I don't know. I-I guess I could use a shower."
"Okay." Bucky gets up and so does Steve. You sit up but stay in bed. "C-can I do it...by myself?" You ask looking between the both of them, a guilty look on your face.
Both mens features soften. "Of course doll. It's okay. Whatever you wanna do, whatever you're comfortable with. If you need us we'll be right here okay?" You nod and get out of bed heading into the bathroom.
You shower and while you're changing into Steve's T-shirt and sweatpants in the bathroom you hear them talking to one another.
"Buck, I don't know what to do either. She's right, We can't blame ourselves. We just need to focus on helping her." You can hear weight shift on the bed.
"I don't know how. I don't know what to do. She's not herself and nobody can blame her, she's obviously been through hell the past three days."
"She's still our girl. She'll always be our girl, but she's going through something neither of us understand and it's going to take time."
You walk into the room and they're sitting on the bed holding hands. You walk over and wrap your arms around them, theirs quickly moving around you as well. "I'll be okay. Please don't blame yourselves."
"We know you will, and we're trying not too." Bucky mumbles as he strokes your hair. "Baby, do you need to go get checked out by Bruce? Those bruises look really nasty. And we couldn't even see all of them..."
"No." You say coldly as you move away from them. You stand up and walk into the bathroom, avoiding them and trying to find your hairbrush.
"Sweetheart, I know you might not want to, I don't know how to even begin to understand but I need to make sure you're physically going to be okay right now. You don't have to just, Atleast tell us how bad it is." You walk out and look at them.
"It's not 'bad'. It's fucking awful. There are bruises covering every inch of my body because I tended up, because he was touch, because he- because he was rough." You start crying and you can't stop.
"He knew I didn't want to. He knew he was my mission. He knew I didn't like it. He kept going, and he didn't stop. He didn't stop until I passed out. And even then I'm pretty sure he kept going because I woke up and it was worse."
"Doll..." Bucky walks towards you and takes your hand in his but you pull away. "No. No. Don't. I don't want to be touched. Please don't touch me."
You cry and pull away, running out of the room. And of course, because they love you, and because they always will, no matter what, your boys follow.
