After Steve's speech, everyone went in their own directions. You went with Steve to collect one of the stones. Everyone had their teams.
Everyone go their stones. Steve ended up having to fight himself, which was weird but you also found it oddly attractive. Since you were all in different time periods, you couldn't communicate.
There were six stones, and everyone came back with their stone. You all came back at the same time. Except Nat. You looked around. You looked at Steve. He looked at Clint. Clint said nothing. Now everyone was looking for Nat.
"Clint, where's Nat?" You ask him. He says nothing. He's silent. He stands there. Looking broken. "Clint, where Nat?" Steve repeats. "She's gone." He says quietly. "What do you mean she's gone?" You ask.
Steve looks at you and you already know, she's dead. But you don't want to admit it. You had already lost so much. You couldn't lose anyone else. Steve wrapped his arms around you and you fell to your knees with him. "What hapoened Clint?" Tony asks.
"We went to get the soul stone. And the only way for us to get it, was one soul for another. One of us had to die to get it. I tired to stop her, I told her we could find another way. I tried to sacrifice myself instead of her, but she...she beat me to it."
You bring your head out of Steve's shoulder. You knew Steve and Nat were friends and you knew he was hurting just as much as you were. He lost just as much as you did. "I'm so sorry bub." You says and put your hand on his cheeks.
"We'll get through it sweetheart..." he says. And you know that's all he can say because he's grieving too. You know right now the only thing holding either of you together is that you're getting Bucky and your babies back.
You look up at Clint and he still looks empty inside. He just lost his best friend. She sacrificed herself to save the world. Right in front on him. And there was nothing he could do to stop it or help it. "I'm sorry Clint." You say. He nods at you and he walks away

A little while later everyone decides Bruce will do the snap. He snaps his fingers and all of the sudden Clint gets a call from his wife. It worked. But then there's an explosion...
