Keep Trying Until We Get One

You knock on peters bedroom door and head him yell from the other side. "Come in." He says. You open the door and walk in, you Steve and Bucky, and you can't help but smile. "Hey buddy." Steve says. "What's going on?" Peter asks. "We have something to tell you, do you wanna go for a walk with us?" Bucky asks him.

"Yea sure, what about the twins?" He asks. "I'm gonna push them in the stroller while we walk." You say. "Oh okay. Let me get dressed Ill be out in a second." He says. Within a few minutes you're all outside in your walk together.

"Is this about Nat? I heard her yelling before she left yesterday." He asks. "Uhm. Kind of. What did you hear her say?" You ask him. "Uhm...she said you don't deserve Steve..." Peter says almost as if he doesn't want to answer.

"Well bud, you know all couples argue sometimes, so do friends. Nats upset because she has feelings for me, which is weird and I don't even know how to put it and it's completely one sided, i love y/n and Bucky with everything I have, but anyway, Y/n did nothing wrong. And we're not fighting again. I just want you to know that." Steve explains to Peter.

"Okay." Peter says. You can tell he gets what Steve is saying and he trusts Steve and he knows you would never do anything to hurt any of them. That's not who you were. "She could never do anything wrong. She's an amazing wife, and an amazing friend and an amazing mom." Bucky says. "She is pretty great." Peter laughs.

"You know you're a pretty great son." You tell him elbowing him playfully. "And the thing we wanted to tell you. It's part of the reason Nat was upset too. You know that she can't have kids of her own, and we have a pretty big family...and it keeps growing." Bucky says.

"You guys are gonna bring the baby back right? The one you lost when Bucky and I were gone?" Peter asks. "We are. But not yet." Steve says. "Why not?" Peter asks. "Well...we have to wait..." Bucky says. "We have to wait until I have this baby." You say with you mr hand on your stomach. "W-huh?" Peter asks.

"Y/n found yesterday, she's pregnant again. We're having another baby." Steve says. Peters jaw in slack and he looks like he's in shock. Tears start to well in his eyes and a small smile appears on his face. "That's awesome. Do you think it'll be a girl? I really want a baby sister." Peter says. "We really hope it's a baby girl. But we'll keep trying until we get one." Bucky says.
