Soulmates

Peter

It was one week now until your wedding. The team was all back from the mission safely. They completed whatever task they were trying to complete. Everything went smoothly according to them.

Peter called you every day twice a day at least. You could tell he missed you guys and you were going to discuss with Steve and Bucky asking him if he wanted to stay with you all for a little while.

He didn't have any parents, his aunt may died, Tony was the closest thing he had to a father and you were the closest thing he had to a mother, which was weird because Tony was like a father to you too, so I guess that would make you his big sister but you were more like a mom than a big sister to him.

The twins were as perfect as ever. They were babbling, nothing was coherent obviously, they were still too young, you think the super soldier serum helped them develop quicker though.

They were almost two months old and they were on the same feeding schedule now, they have a great sleep schedule which is sometimes disturbed but it's fine because you have your rotations all under control with Steve and Bucky.

They were in all perfect babies and Steve and Bucky were the perfect fathers. They were constantly talking to the babies in funny voices and playing with them and even changed their diapers. They gave them baths and occasionally you'd take them in the shower with you all.

"Babe, baby? I just got of the phone with Peter and I've been thinking... i know we have the twins and the wedding next week and we want to try for another baby after the wedding but..." you pause trying to read both of their facial expressions.

"...but Peter misses us so much and he loves the babies and I really want him to stay with us for a little, even if it's just like a visit, he needs a family and we're a family and I know it's out of the blue..."

They both look at you with 'aww' looks on their faces as you continue to ramble. They're both sitting on the floor in the nursery playing with the babies on their play mats.

"It's totally okay if you're not comfortable with it, I get it, we have so much going on, I'm not even asking if he can move in but like stay with us for a little?" You finally finish. You look nervously at both men and they smile at you.

"Of course he can stay with us sweetheart. You don't even have to ask. Peter is family to you and us." Steve says. "He can even move in if you want him to. We have a lot of room and you're right, he does need a family." Bucky says.

"And he's so young, he's only sixteen and he's already lost everyone he has. He needs a break from his superhero life, I think this would be good for him, and us." Steve continues.

"Really?" You ask looking at both of them, you're almost in tears, you're so happy, you didn't think they'd be so relaxed about it, and really want him to move in, even though you had just asked for him to stay a little while, but him loving in would be even better.  "Of course doll. This could be good for all of us. And the babies loved him too. They'll have a big brother."
