When Steve Bucky and the rest of the team get to Wakanda, it's smooth sailing so far. The stone is almost removed from visions head. Then Steve sees something out the window.
"Guys. We have company." He says. Everyone looks out the window and there are dozens of ships and what has to be hundreds of little alien creatures surrounding the force field around Wakanda.
"We'll go hold them off. Get that stone out, and destroy it." Tony says. Everyone leaves except vision, Ta'Challa, Shuri, and Daniai. They continue to move the stone from visions head.
The team gets down to the front line of the force field. Bucky and Steve standing next to each other. "I love you." Steve says to Bucky.
They're waiting for Thanos and his army to break through the force field, and they were close. "I love you. We're gonna be fine." Bucky says. "One of us has to be. For her." Steve says.
Before Bucky can say anything else, the barrier is broken and there's a swarm of little aliens. The guardians of the galaxy fight along side the avengers.
Thor wipes out the majority of the smaller ones by sending a shockwave of electricity from his hammer, electrocuting them. Bucky fights along side rocket when him and Steve gets separated.
But there were too many of them and to little of you. There's an explosion and everyone sees that Vision comes out of the building, stone still in his head.
Him and Wanda are talking. Arguing. She's crying. And then there's a flash of red. Then a consistent stream of it. Wanda's trying to destroy the stone in his head.
There's no time. Thanos is there. Everyone tries to hold him off for Wanda to destroy the stone but they can't. He throws Wanda out of the way, and rips the stone out of visions head.
He lays on the ground, turned gray, glasses over eyes. He was gone. And now Thanos had all the stones. He placed it into the gauntlet and he absorbed all the power.
Just as he was about to snap his fingers, Thor stabs him in his chest with his ax, his new version of his hammer. But it didn't kill him. It debilitated him for only a half a second. And then he mumbles.
"You should have gone for the head." He lifts the hand with the gauntlet and before anybody can do anything, he snaps his fingers.
