That's What This Is About?

You were all laying in bed that night and you and Bucky are cuddling close to Steve. "I know we already kissed and made up, but I want to make it perfectly clear...you are the farthest thing from selfish. Everything you do is for us because you love us." Steve says. You start feeling tears in your eyes and hold him tighter.

"It's true doll. Everything you do is because you don't want either of us hurting and you want us to be happy. And we love you for it. So much." Bucky says, holding your hand over Steve's chest. "I don't know what i would do without either of you." You tell them. Steve leans over and presses his lips to yours and kisses you. And then Bucky does the same. And you hold them tight as you fall asleep.

The next morning Bucky woke up before anyone else and snuck out of bed. He went into the living room and pulled out his phone and called Nat. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" Bucky asks as Nat picks up the phone. "Bucky..." Nat starts.

"No. Don't Bucky me. You're lucky Steve is a good husband and heard y/n out before jumping to conclusions." Bucky says to her. "So he forgave her?" She asks. "What do you mean he forgave her? There was nothing to forgive. She just wants us both to be happy. She loves us both more than anything. She kills herself to make us happy. And you try and ruin our relationship for what? Huh?" Bucky asks.

He had been practically yelling now and had to go outside for the phone call. "Bucky, she obviously hates Steve for what he said to you. She doesn't want to be with him, not really, she's selfish, she gets to have both of you and is taking it for granted. She chose both of you and that was selfish. She should've known something like this would happen." Nat said.

"When are you going to get it through your thick skull that this isn't about her. None of it is about her. She does everything she does for Steve and I and I wish to god she would just take a breath and think about her self for once but she doesn't. She is the most selfless person I know. And you're a terrible friend. You aren't even a friend. How could you do that?" Bucky asks.

"She makes everything about her." Nat says. "No she doesn't! Jesus. And how could you deprive her of telling us about the baby? You stole the chance for her to tell us about the pregnancy. You know that she couldn't tell us about the twins either because she was being held at knifepoint by Loki and had to say she was pregnant." Bucky says. "And how is that my fault? You both deserved to know what she was saying." Nat says.

"You know what she's been through during her pregnancy's. The one her and Steve had, you knew her telling him consisted of arguing. This was her chance to have a special moment with us to tell us about our baby and you took that from her. For what?"

"I'm sick and tired of hearing about y/n. Everything is always about her. You know what? She doesn't deserve Steve. She has both of you and she takes it for granted. Especially Steve." Nat says. "So that's what this is about? Steve?" Bucky asks.
