Second Date

A few days later, Steve had just finished running with Sam and you had been waiting for him at the door of the compound. He runs up and smiles at you, Sam still working on his lap breathlessly trying to catch up to Steve.

"Hey handsome. I've been looking for you." You smile back and he steps lover, his hands on his hips. "Oh yea? And why is that?"

"I missed my boyfriend of course. And to ask you on another date." He chuckles and gives you a soft peck on the lips. "I would love to go on another date with you." You notice he's blushing and can't help but tease him. "And why do you look so nervous Captain?"

"I'm always nervous around you. Especially when you call me Captain. Which we've talked about." You pretend to think about it and shake your head at him. "Hmm. I don't recall."

Sam finally finished his lap and comes up to you to trying to catch his breath. He stands there for a moment before smirking at the two of you.

"I would love to join." He almost sounds serious. Steve pats his back and chuckles. "Nope. Sorry buddy. This is just my girl and I."

Before you can correct Steve, Sam speaks again. "Can I watch from afar?" You smack his arm. "No wierdo! And actually Steve, Bucky will be there too."

He looks at you confused. "Like all three of us are going on a date?" He asks. You smile at him sweetly. "Yea. I wanna go on a date with both my boyfriends."

"Is that okay? Like can we do that?" Steve is so sweet and so innocent you can't help but laugh. He's adorable. "Steve you're adorable. Of course we can. We're adults hun, we make our own decision. Unless you don't want to, we can wait on going on one together."

"No you're right. I would love to. We're figuring this out as we go right?" You give him a hug and kiss his cheek. "Right! I'm so glad you want to. I can't wait!"

Sam, still standing there staring at the two of you, speaks up again. "If they kiss make sure to take a picture." You smack his arm before replying in a whisper. "Shush Sam! If you push it, it won't happen!"
