Ember shook her head and said, "I'm more likely to get hurt locked behind that fence then by the wolves." He said, "I know you thank that, but you just don't know." she shook her head again and started to walk off. Gray watched her feeling bad that he got her in trouble. the teacher then asked, "where are you going." Ember said, "outside or is that dangerous to maybe you should ask my mom when you give her that really dangerous picture."

He didn't like that Comment very much but Ember didn't care she thought the rules here were too strict. Kayla watched as Ember left, she wanted to go check on her, but Ember always told her to not help her. Ember never wanted Kayla to get alienated for helping her, so she never let Kayla help her in public. as she watched Ember go around the building Kayla was surprised to see Gray following after her. He wanted to see if she was okay and to find out what happened Ember heard his footsteps as he approached.

she turned and saw it was Gray. she turned back, she knew he didn't mean to get the picture taken away and get her in trouble. But she didn't understand why he was out here with her. After a moment she said, "go back inside or even just away from me." He felt worse but said, nothing he didn't want to upset her more. after a minute or two of silence she finally asked, "what do you want anyway?"

He shrugged and said, "to see if you're okay, I'm sorry I got you in trouble, I didn't thank a picture would be that big of a deal." Ember took a deep breath and looked toward the forest as she said, "it wasn't the picture, just different views of it and certain wolves. I see them as harmless, they don't, it's as simple as that." He looked at her and said, "it's never as simple as that."
