paws instead of hands and her fur was black like her hair. Gray shifted and she could understand him as he said, "let's run back to the house." She smiled and followed him while the rest of the pack followed them.
When they got back, Gray said, "Now think about you being human." She did and she changed back but now she had a fur coat on, Ember pulled it off and looked at it. It looked like Gray's except his coat was white where hers was black. Gray smiled and said, "you're a natural." Anna smiled and said, "very good my dear."
They went inside where Pete and Jack were waiting for them. Jack was mad as he asked, "where did you go? you can't just go running off like that." Ember rolled her eyes and walked past him as she said, "hi Pete" Pete smiled as he looked at Ember and asked, "where did you get that coat?" she didn't think about the coat when she came in.
Gray simply said, "we got it for her a little bit ago. it just got finished." Anna smiled as she said, "it looks beautiful on her too." Ember smiled at them for the save. Pete accepted the answer but Jack couldn't as he said, "why would you get her a coat like that? she's a hunter not a shifter even if you claim her that fact will never change." Jack couldn't understand the way Ember was treated by the pack; he had seen the way other packs treat people they claimed it was just a deal to them but with Ember though she was treated as a member of the pack it didn't make sense to him.
Ember looked at Gray knowing the truth. Gray smiled at her as Ember said, "come on Gray show me around town." he agreed and they left leaving Jack without answers as she shut the door. As they walked, they passed multiple shops including a baker, a jewelry
